The Subaru Outback is one of the best cars on the road. This car is definitely worth every penny that it costs. Performance at reliability cannot be underestimated. The company stands behind its warranty in every way. It’s like having a more expensive car without the hassle and expense!

Oil change and tire rotation service good. As for the service of installing an engine block heater on my wrx not so good. When I scheduled appointment they said it would take about an hour for the installation and they gave me a price. Once I got the car there ( over 100 miles each way) I was told it would take all day and May cost over $4,000 if their mechanics break the bolts. Needless to say I didn’t have the work done due to not being rich nor wanting to possibly pay for someone else’s mistake.

The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.

Oil change and tire rotation was very prompt. Our Service Advisor, Shawn Skelton, was courteous and professional. I truly recommend this dealership for your service needs.

We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

The team at Rimrock was wonderful I started off working with two different sales staff and took delivery and paperwork with another (Jesse). The process went smoothly and Jesse spent most of the afternoon to ensure I was knowledgeable about my new vehicle that I'd waited for months to receive. Car has an excellent ride. It is quiet. The comfort, interior quality is very good including leather seats. Fit and finish is very good. I enjoy the quality.
