This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

Facility is immaculate and the amenities are terrific too! Staff is always helpful, professional and knowledgeable! It is always a pleasure to visit Ira Subaru.

all the employees at granite subaru are top notch. they have an excellent waiting area that is huge and offers free coffee and wifi. the sales and service team are great and always have a phenominal attitude. the service advisor said that my 2020 subaru outback would be ready in 1 and one half hours and it was. Very fast in getting appointment. Service was fast. Facility always clean. The customer service representative walked around waiting area talking to customers. She was very attentive and so sweet.

Went in to replace a spare tire and get alignment. Didn?t have replacement tire in stock so they went somewhere nearby to get a tire for me which was great. Tire replacement and alignment took 5 hours, not great. Said that they would fix the plastic molding, but it was still damaged after the service. Overall great facilities and customer service, it just took much longer than expected

State inspection and oil change, tire rotation. Fixed one small bulb to pass inspection. Jay was very friendly, professional and efficient! Cost came in at price quoted. Done in a timely fashion. Thank you
