Great experience were really helpful and they answered all my questions they explained everything from the financing they were really transperent and i really liked that experience and service that i got from them.

Love the look and performance of the new Outback model. Easy to drive with great features that makes the base package seem higher end. Great car for bad weather.

They do courtesy car wash. I didn?t need a car wash asked if they could do a courtesy vacuum. Guy that checked me in said no. Sad because it would probably take less time to vacuum than get the car wash because he they said they run it through the wash. Maybe they don?t want to do the ?labor?. That would have set them at higher customer satisfaction.

This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

My daughter, her fiancé and I purchased a 2024 Crosstrek for me in December 2023. Eddie was our sales person and his couldn't have been better. He was friendly and helpful, finding out information that he didn't know, getting back to us promptly and just generally pleasant to work with. He even came in on his day off for us. I love my vehicle, although it has been a learning curve because my trade in was a 1995 Ford Taurus! I know I can call Flatirons Subaru any time I need assistance. Overall, grat experience!

We found the Subaru we wanted; it had just come in from shipment and the car was ready at the appointed time the next day for delivery. Rich walked us through the paperwork process with ease; Len did a great job pointing out the specifics of the vehicle from the technical perspective and Todd made the final paperwork process smooth and respectful. Jillian Tran provided friendly service and helped keep me informed of getting the used car fixed before buying it. And it passed the pre purchase inspection well. Schompf didn't pressure into buying anything but spent the time to do good.
