Love the look and performance of the new Outback model. Easy to drive with great features that makes the base package seem higher end. Great car for bad weather.

Quick responses to questions and a willingness to work with me to find a workable solution.

This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

I worked with Dru and it was awesome. I felt comfortable the whole time and not like I was being upselled for anything. I lease my car and was able to get into a new one day of! The people that work here are really nice and caring, especially Dru and Phil. Thank you!

My daughter, her fiancé and I purchased a 2024 Crosstrek for me in December 2023. Eddie was our sales person and his couldn't have been better. He was friendly and helpful, finding out information that he didn't know, getting back to us promptly and just generally pleasant to work with. He even came in on his day off for us. I love my vehicle, although it has been a learning curve because my trade in was a 1995 Ford Taurus! I know I can call Flatirons Subaru any time I need assistance. Overall, grat experience!

They do courtesy car wash. I didn?t need a car wash asked if they could do a courtesy vacuum. Guy that checked me in said no. Sad because it would probably take less time to vacuum than get the car wash because he they said they run it through the wash. Maybe they don?t want to do the ?labor?. That would have set them at higher customer satisfaction.

We love our 2025 Subaru Forester Sport and received excellent service from the sales and finance associates. The only downfall was that we were quoted a price for the Starlink ( My Subaru) app that was much lower than the actual price.

I had an amazing experience going through AutoNation Subaru West. The associate helping me was Kevin. He made me feel right at home, answered all questions and addressed any concerns I had. I was very nervous going into it but Kevin and the rest of his associates here made it truly stress free. If you’re in the market for a car this is the place to go!

I recently had my forester in for an oil change and a few maintenance items. I dropped off my car the night before using the early bird/night owl key drop which was convenient. Taylor Comroe was my service agent and he was friendly, helpful and timely in communicating when my service was done. Would recommend!

I was leary of walking into any dealership. I've been there and done that at other dealerships and it hasn't always been a great experience. I was helped by Ryan O. and he was helpful, knowledgeable, and wasn't pushy. When I decided I would buy the car, the rest of the people involved were all helpful and informative. I didn’t intend to buy a car when I walked in, but I had a lease expiring and wanted to see the 2026 Solterra. They addressed every concern I had—lease return to another dealer, interest rate, light colored interior, height of car for ease of entry. The process took an afternoon, but went smoothly with friendly customer service. Filling out forms was a little quick for me to take in all to which I was agreeing, but they have reached out to me with multiple ways to ask questions, sent me cookies, and took care of my leased car. I’ve had multiple Subarus over the years. Glad they have made an effort to promote their electric version.
