This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

Knew I wanted a new Forester as this will be my second. I had my first Forester for 12 years. What a great car! William, the sales person, was very knowledgeable and let me take my time picking out options that I considered important. I test drove three different models of Forester. Never felt any pressure to hurry. All staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership. Ask for William Witt when shopping for a vehicle. You won’t be sorry.

Service dept is very good. Service advisor Charles Frances is outstanding He always explains what will be. Done and keeps you updated. He takes time and answers questions clearly

Our sales person, Malcolm was a great guy. Professional, brought us in, went through what we wanted. Got the vehicles. Test drove both. Make a decision, and in about three hours we were done. I positively HATE car shopping, and the hours upon endless hours of hiking through a field of paperwork 6 feet deep, only to be so exhausted even the drive home in the new vehicle can't register. Chatham Parkway Subaru was so different. We got the paperwork done, made the arrangements, and we were on the road, actually enjoying our new Ascent. What a gem of a vehicle it is. Reminds us a lot of our other previously most favorite vehicle that we both really thought great. We've owned a Subaru previously many years ago. Am glad I took the chance after a lot of nudging to go to another dealership. Chatham Parkway GETS IT....transactions should not suck the life blood out of you. We haven't used the service department yet, but I am very optimistic that experience will equal what we've had thus far.
