I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my new Subaru Crosstrek. Jeff was very nice and great to deal with. He explained everything in detail as I was new to many of the things that the new cars have today. However, I cannot recommend the Lady in the finance department. She was very pushy and would not stop trying to get me to purchase more insurance even after I told her to stop. She was just wasting mine and her time.

I prepaid for a few oil changes, the service and labor be a little out of my budget but I still come back. They also send a text message video of the progress. I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager. When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!
