I cannot tell you how lovely my experience was. I hate buying cars - not with Subaru. I was literally yawning during the process because I was so relaxed.

Easy to work with, understood what we were looking for and made suggestions to help us get there. Highly recommended if anyone is looking for something from the Subaru line.

Went in to replace a spare tire and get alignment. Didn?t have replacement tire in stock so they went somewhere nearby to get a tire for me which was great. Tire replacement and alignment took 5 hours, not great. Said that they would fix the plastic molding, but it was still damaged after the service. Overall great facilities and customer service, it just took much longer than expected

I had the pleasure of working with Joseph from Ira of Subaru in Manchester, New Hampshire. I had found the vehicle online and came in to test drive the car. Both myself and my husband fell in love with the vehicle. We immediately decided we wanted to move ahead and purchase the car. Since it was late at night we were able to secure the vehicle with a down payment and our word that we would be back with a check the next day. We came in as promised, and Joseph made the entire buying experience, very easy and seamless. This was the least stressful car buying experience I?ve ever had. Joseph was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we purchased and spent time going over all the features. We were not pressured into purchasing anything additional above and beyond what we decided we wanted. I would highly recommend seeing Joseph and going to thos dealership.

I didn’t intend to buy a car when I walked in, but I had a lease expiring and wanted to see the 2026 Solterra. They addressed every concern I had—lease return to another dealer, interest rate, light colored interior, height of car for ease of entry. The process took an afternoon, but went smoothly with friendly customer service. Filling out forms was a little quick for me to take in all to which I was agreeing, but they have reached out to me with multiple ways to ask questions, sent me cookies, and took care of my leased car. I’ve had multiple Subarus over the years. Glad they have made an effort to promote their electric version.

Jillian was very responsive and worked hard to be fair and do her job well. Jillian is great! Our only annoyance was the long wait to pick up the car , which is minor in the scheme of things. Thank you Schomp & Jillian.

I was contacted by Ricky shortly after my Internet inquiry and the entire buying experience was pleasant and easy, finance manager Sean and Sales Manager Jaime were informative and throughout while also friendly and easy to work with. I can?t say enough good about this dealership. Thank you! Mind you I had just come from the most abhorrent experience at an actual Honda dealership and had to have the deal unwound. It was shocking that a manufacturer dealer (Honda) who sells their own cars could be so shady, then you have a Subaru dealer selling a pre-owned Honda with the professionalism and knowledge the other dealer lacked. Brought our Forester in for an oil change and tire rotation. In and out in less than an hour including the complimentary vehicle inspection. Not our first service appointment and like the previous the experience was great. Excellent dealership.

My buying experience was an internet sale. I live in Arizona and the car is in Nevada. My sales person, Hamid, was always quick to respond to whatever questions I had. From videos of different areas of the car to overnight documents to complete the sale. I would purchase again from this dealership.

I highly recommend this dealership. I went into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted, a Subaru Crosstrek. Chris Thom went above and beyond throughout the whole experience. He was knowledgeable, kind, very professional and has excellent communication. George Palmer and Charles Inman also ensured that whole process was smooth and easy. These guys aren't just salesman, they like to build relationships with the people they are selling to. I have all good things to say and I'll definitely be sending my friends and family to this dealership.
