This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

The employees at Herb Gordon Subaru are outstanding! I always work with Vitaliy and he goes above and beyond when it comes to servicing my car. I used to hate going to dealerships, especially for service, but this one is different. Thank you Vitaliy and the rest of the team for making something as routine as an oil change a great experience.

Big thank you to Johnny Figueroa for his help throughout my buying process. This is the second time purchasing from this dealership. Price was reasonable and customer service was excellent. 2/27/2025 Service Visit Excellent visit with great service. Service department called me to discuss waiting time prior to my departure. I was greeted and treated extremely well during visit. I waited in their service department lounge. Wait time was as discussed. Miguel the service agent kept me informed of progress, discussed the service performed, confirmed what services were due in the future. Asked me if I wanted car wash and got that done quickly. I am very fond of the dealership even after it changed hands from previous ownership. Great job by IG Burton. I will keep bringing my 2022 Outback here for service, where I purchased the vehicle, even though it is further than the dealership near me. I also stopped into the customer service department to ask a question about my Subaru application and was happy with the friendly agent and the time spent answering my question.

Lynese greeted me promptly when I arrived in the service bay. She was friendly and kept me updated with the expected timeline for work completion. Great experience!
