You got stung by a wasp!! And you kept your cool. You didn't stop trying to help me, a stranger that made bad financial decision. Your health took a back seat today after that sting. I am so glad you didn't have an allergic reaction ❤️ Not to mention when I first came in contact with you, you never stopped asking questions on how to get me out of my high car payment and make sure I could go into my deployment knowing I could afford my payment. I was no easy case, negative equity, my new home had me maxed out financially. A 2021 BMW m340i to a Subaru Crosstrek Sport was not a downgrade it was the opportunity to start over, pay down debt, and knowing that my paycheck wasn't relied upon a second job. First, can I start out? My sister has been through a lot of trauma in the last couple years actually we both have,we how to say goodbye to both of our parents this last year. My sister workes for the airlines and when she was boarding a flight this so-called security dog bit off half her face! We both went on December 15 to AutoNation on Arapahoe, Heck I?ve driven my Subaru it?s a 2006 Forrester L.L. Bean and my sister?s car 2009 Forrester with over 400,000 miles in Remarkable condition. So we needed to upgrade, we need a nicer cars. Best experience of our lives,Nouman Mustafa at AutoNation on Arapahoe was so very patient. as well as Bernard Brake. I drove my car home. I thought I was in a spaceship, afraid to touch a button, thought it was gonna eject myself! Zachary at AutoNation on Arapahoe gave us a hands-on class how to operate all the buttons he was wonderful. Also sent us home with an emergency kit to put in our trunk! very thankful more importantly, my sister wants to be in a Subaru commercial!!!! will you let me know if that?s possible!

I alway have a great time getting repairs or maintenance done here at this facility. They keep me informed every step of the way. I will always refer and take my subaru here.

My experience buying was great. David Newman is an excellent salesman answered all my questions. If I ever need to buy a vehicle again I would ask for David Newman.

Thoroughly enjoyed buying a car from AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe! I got the best price in the market and the best customer service! Jeff Himes was a pleasure to speak with by phone and text before I drove 60 miles to purchase the car. He had everything ready when I arrived and I was able to complete my purchase without any fuss. The hardest decision was what charity to choose for the donation the dealership and Subaru would make related to my new car purchase. I loved that the choices included national and local organizations. Christian Stoley expertly helped me with the financing. He treated me with respect, was transparent about the options, costs, and I never felt like he was selling me something I didn?t need (which I?ve had from other dealers). Bernice was a true pleasure to sit with in my new car and she showed me all the features I needed to learn. Overall, a delightful experience! No overselling. Top notch customer focused service! I only wish I lived closer to bring the team bagels when I have my car serviced.

Was nervous due to all the bad reviews but had a pretty good experience. It seems the repair shop does not act but has to be scheduled.

Buying process was perfect, individuals who assisted and facilitated the purchase did a fantastic job. The after purchase orientation was great. Gary was awesome. Zach was great!

Josh Ruiz helped when I entered their dealership and was very professional and knowledgeable about everything Subaru, he was well dressed and very personable, I’d recommend him to anyone who wants to talk about purchasing a new vehicle
