Our experience at Liberty Subaru was, from start to finish, quite fine. Our sales consultant, John Clarke was excellent, indeed. He provided thorough explanations of the various features of our new Forester. Thorough, clear and patient--never rushed or pushy. He didn't just explain the car's features; he took us to the car itself and demonstrated some of these features. For example, the connection to the navigation system. This was reassuring, given all the new technology in the 2025 Forester. It is clear that he is very knowledgeable about the car and because of that knowledge, seems to genuinely like it. A lot! He has an even and warm personality. It was such a pleasure to have him introduce us to our new car!

The best car-buying experience EVER! We walked into the dealership knowing what we were looking for, but not intending to "take the leap". There was no pressure, Mitchel listened to our preferences and was able to locate our dream car. We fell in love at first sight! Our Ascent Touring in Dark Mahogany Pearl fits our needs perfectly. Mitchel even fulfilled our last-minute request for wireless charging and got it to us before pick-up. I’ve bought two cars from D&P Auto, and when I need another one, I’ll definitely go back. Before finding D&P, I found car shopping really stressful. Used cars can feel overwhelming with all the different mileage, history, condition, pricing, and versions out there, and I never felt confident that I knew if I was making the right decision. D&P was recommended to me because of their excellent reputation in the community, and they completely lived up to it. Phil, Nick, and Terry were honest, straightforward, and easy to work with. I never felt pressured, which meant a lot to me. They clearly take pride in the cars they sell and go above and beyond in getting them ready for their customers. Their warranty also gave me extra peace of mind. Roberta was very helpful with financing options and made that part of the process much easier too. What I like most is that I can tell them my budget and what I need, and trust them to help me find the right fit. I’m not a person who wants to compare every detail of every car — I just want the best quality for my money — and that’s exactly why I keep going back. Family-owned, trustworthy, and professional.
