Excellent Experience & Vehicle

I called ahead, so my car was ready for a test drive. Simple and easy process! Ryan Phlegar was excellent with me and I’m grateful he was my salesman. I was able to ask questions and we even discussed the Mission Statement of Volvo and their vision. My trade in process was easy, they understood that I didn’t have to buy since I loved my current vehicle, but recognized that I would enjoy the upgrade. The drive was an hour and a half, so since I didn’t have my other car’s title I had to return the next day. Then I had to return Saturday for service. It was a good bit of driving, but for an excellent vehicle I guess it was worth it. Everyone was pleasant, Dave my finance man was helpful too. He answered all my financial questions and showed me options for the car’s maintenance.
Showroom wasn’t the fanciest, but I was told they are building a new and improved building, so that’s great to know.
Service was helpful. I liked my service advisor on the Saturday follow-up. The other service folks were kind as well.
All in all, I really enjoyed my time there.
