At the start, I wanted the Toyota 86 over the Subaru BRZ. However, the supply for a new Toyota 86 is zero in my area, and the Toyota dealerships were not interested or able to help. Thus, this motivated me to investigate the Subaru BRZ--and I glad I did. My nearby Subaru dealership is wonderful in customer treatment, vehicle inventory, and price. The BRZ offers more for the money and will have Subaru instead of Toyota to service the Subaru engine that is used on both the 86 and BRZ models. The appearance, handling, and response are great.

This dealer had the used car I was looking for. The car had the right mileage and a clean fax. The dealership was 1 hour 20 minutes away from me heavy traffic all the way. I figured I would call and ask about the car anyway but I wasn’t planning to drive there. I talked to Phil, a sales rep, and what a gentleman he was. He told me the car was a trade-in and was in fantastic condition. Well, he talked me into driving down there. I arrived about 10 in the morning and left with my new used car by 1:30 that afternoon. I walked Phil through my 128 point inspection, 2 test drives and I ending up looking under the car for any problems. I could not find anything wrong. The car was in great condition just as Phil had described. Phil was a perfect gentleman through the whole process. Every dealership employee I encountered could not do enough for me. The Subaru BRZ is the most reasonable sport car with sufficient trunk room and a very small back. Seat, that can be folded down, if needed. The flat four cyl w/o turbo is enough. Power, 228 hp to make this a fun car to drive.

I own a 2013 subaru brz and I've had it for a year now and I will say I feel like I cheated the other guy, because my money went way further than I could've imagined. I'll keep it short and sweet. Handles amazing, huge community behind the car. I get compliments all the time. Simple interior yet easy on the eye. Has a very Analog feel to it. When you corner you can tell that this thing grips amazingly with even the stock tires. Huge aftermarket/ cheap parts. I've only had to change the oil and plugs because of the mileage my car has(70k) I decided to tune it up even though the plugs were still fine. Stereo sucked but fixed that problem pretty easily, hence the aftermarket. Torque dip around 4k rpm but uel headers and a tune fixed that. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and I can't stop putting miles on this car.
