I would recommend the dealership on 104th in Thornton. The general manager at this store is great. Like any other dealerships you do have to beware of promises the sells rep promises that are empty promises. The service department is very hard to get through to they have a automatic answering that they should get rid of. The dealership is Great

First, can I start out? My sister has been through a lot of trauma in the last couple years actually we both have,we how to say goodbye to both of our parents this last year. My sister workes for the airlines and when she was boarding a flight this so-called security dog bit off half her face! We both went on December 15 to AutoNation on Arapahoe, Heck I?ve driven my Subaru it?s a 2006 Forrester L.L. Bean and my sister?s car 2009 Forrester with over 400,000 miles in Remarkable condition. So we needed to upgrade, we need a nicer cars. Best experience of our lives,Nouman Mustafa at AutoNation on Arapahoe was so very patient. as well as Bernard Brake. I drove my car home. I thought I was in a spaceship, afraid to touch a button, thought it was gonna eject myself! Zachary at AutoNation on Arapahoe gave us a hands-on class how to operate all the buttons he was wonderful. Also sent us home with an emergency kit to put in our trunk! very thankful more importantly, my sister wants to be in a Subaru commercial!!!! will you let me know if that?s possible!

Our after purchase review of our Ioniq5 session with Jazz Guitierrez was a pure joy. She was so knowledgeable, loves the car and features and could talk as long as we needed without a break (or “um” as she had every feature down cold). Jazz gave us great recommendations for best performance. She even coordinated a minor repair on the spot and got us set up on Bluelink. Cannot say enough about Schomp dealership experience and staff. Recently we purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from Flatirons Subaru in Boulder, Colorado. The dealership was very clean, well organized and made a good impression from the moment we entered it. The available salesman at the time we came in was Connor. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and mannered. He showed us several vehicles helping us to decide what to buy. If you want to buy a Subaru I definitely recommend Flatirons Subaru and also ask for Connor. You will not be disappointed. Unfortunately we had the displeasure to run into another person who looked very unprofessional. But the experience we had with Connor, convinced me to give 5 stars to this business.

Overall a very positive experience. The salesman Shaun was courteous, knowledgable and friendly. The finance office was very informative and efficient. There was nothing about the experience i would change. We have had a far more positive experience in the Denver area as opposed to where we live in Colorado springs.
