We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

I visited this dealership looking to buy a used car. I ended up selecting another dealer, but not because anything this dealer did, just that I found another car that suited my needs better. The staff was very courteous and pleasant, and the facilities was excellent. Lyndon, who was my salesperson, showed me a Toyota Corolla, and I had a great time test driving it. He was very informative about the car and the buying process. While this is a big dealership, I felt looked after, and really appreciated their time.

Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

My BMW 128i had a tire pressure system monitor system give a "system inactive" message. Had all the sensors replaced by the third party tire shop. The problem didn't go away , even though the new sensors radiated the signal just fine. Casey spent a lot of time trying to diagnose why the problem was still there - they didn't charge me anything !! I had tor original BMW sensors installed and the problem was resolved.I thought it was very good of Casey to help me at no charge.

LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

Owned this car since I ordered it new. Limited trim was worth it! At 167,000 miles I have only done routine maintenance. Synthetic Mobil 1 since I got it. Original front brakes, rears replaced only once. Solid, great mpg always. Rated at 22/29 and I routinely exceeed both by 2-3 mpg. Great in snow! CVT has NEVER given me any issues. I’ve towed boats and trailers within the 2700# specified limit without a concern. This car has been a tank and still looks like new. Paint is great, no rust or plastic degradation at all.

I’ve owned some great cars, and my 2014 Subaru Outback is arguably the best, most reliable and most practical car I’ve ever owned. Truly, I love my Subaru.

I like the solid feel of the car and the sturdy and high ride. Good acceleration. It would be a better SUV if the ground clearance was at least 10” or 12”, with the exhaust pipe properly tucked away!

In for 50K check,a little early,but going on road trip. Everything....tire rotation, oil change,cabin filter replacement and all fluids checked and topped off. I am in the best of hands with Casey and Mike,my service advisor. Now I can enjoy my road trip!!!

Next to top rating in Consumer Reports. Lives up to its rating 100%. Only concerns thus far, after three weeks of use. 1) takes time to learn use of various electrical and mechanical controls -- after 20+plus years of VW Jetta ownership, "a lot is different." Just have to be patient learning all the new features. 2) Auto-safety features (staying in lanes, braking distance warning, etc.) are helpful to some less-attentive drivers but annoying to this long-experienced user. Fortunately, they can be turned off and stop the chirping.

Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

Slower than molasses in January if you don't get the turbo. But a reliable wagon that's absolutely awesome for parents. Plus, you can make up for the lack of speed by just running over stuff thanks to the ground clearance.

Casey Subaru customer experience: On May 25th 2023, I purchased a pre-owned 2021 Nissan Frontier from Casey Subaru. After working with their sales team, in particular Caleb and Courtney, I decided that this was going to be my next vehicle. After some lively discussion, we agreed on a price and then it was off to sign the papers for my truck. I met with Paul, their finance manager, who walked me through the various options related to my financing this vehicle, and, after an hour, the truck was mine. Now, with my keys in hand, it was time to drive my truck off the lot. However, as I started to pull out of the dealership, I happened to notice that the check engine light came on, after coming to a complete stop, I parked my truck and went back inside the showroom to share my short lived driving experience with Caleb. So, this is where it got interesting and where I first met Jimmy, the service manager for Casey Subaru who would turn out to be a “Rock star” in this adventure. After checking the service code it was determined that, I would not be driving my vehicle home that evening. I was fortunate that my vehicle had an extended warranty that allowed me the opportunity to receive a loaner vehicle from Casey while my truck was in for repair. I am sure you are thinking, so what was the issue? Well after owning my truck for 4 months, it was returned five times for the same issue. What did I learn from this experience? If you are going to buy a pre-owned vehicle, buy it from a dealership whose staff care, not just about the problem that the customer is dealing with, but about the experience the customer deserves. At each point in my interaction with the Casey Subaru team, I was impressed not only from the leadership shown by Travis Winn, General Manager, but also from Jimmy, Subaru’s service manager and superstar, who, without his help, would have made this a nightmare experience. My interaction with all the staff at Casey Subaru was truly amazing. Thank you all for all your help and understanding through this challenging time. This is my hometown dealership. Likes: spacious interior despite modest exterior dimensions, easy to maneuver, great visibility all around, comfortable ride, good traction, handling, and braking, nice interior finish on sport model, strong steering responsive headlights yet they don't blind opposing traffic, very good optional Harmon sound system, numerous effective safety features, low insurance premiums, adequate acceleration..a few cons: actual economy slightly under EPA estimates, seat may be a bit too firm for some but easy to address by adding a thin seat cushion, mandatory sunroof on all but the base model..I wish Subaru would just make that a single option..rough engine start-stop ..however I disable it each time I start engine so it can be a non issue...no reliability issues yet but since this has a cvt and fairly complex safety features, long term reliability is unknown..

The Forester is the first SUV I ever owned. It has had a few issues, but the dealership, Kenny Ross in Irwin Pa, has always been top notch in customer service. First issue was the orignal tires went bald after only 10,000 miles. I called Kenny Ross and they said they would contact corporate. Got 4 new tires at no charge. Next issue I did not even know I had. Took it in for an oil change and they tell me I need a new CVT. Didn't know I had a problem. No charge again. Last issue was a radio that kept giving an error message and would not work. Took four visits to isolate the problem, but now have a new radio that brings in more stations. Again for free. Highly recommend the bumper to bumper warranty. Money well spent.

Aside from the accustomed manager/customer wrangling negotiations, the paperwork was handled satisfactorily. Beautiful showroom and great selection of Toyota models.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

Practical. We love our 2020 Ascent Limited and we live in the south. We have a large family and this is great while the kids are small. Once more than three are teenagers, we'll definitely need a larger vehicle that provides more leg room if you're sitting on the back row. Love the convenience and ease of how the rear seats fold forward when I'm shopping and/or loading up from the back. The 10 year 100k mile warranty was reasonably priced at less than $2.5k. Haven't had to use it yet (knock on wood). Again, it's practical so the seats aren't as plush as premium vehicles but they're nice and comfortable. This pretty much describes the interior. The electronics are comparable to most vehicles. It has everything you need but nothing over the top. (Again, practical.) Greatly appreciate the cabin air filter and ease of changing it. I like smelling a fresh interior all the time. We're in the south where it's high in pollen, so the HEPA cabin filter is perfect. In my opinion the Ascent is a great mid-size SUV option that looks nice, is practical and has that Subaru reliability.

They were helpful and prompt with my repairs. They gave me the estimate and a video of the service to be preformed.

I personally love my 22 Crosstrac. I have the turbo engine and it has a lot of go to it. Very sturdy on the road at higher speeds. I have the Limited Edition with diamond sparkle black paint, black leather interior very sharp looking vehicle. There was a few hiccups in the beginning with a few minor leaks around the windshield which was promptly fix by the dealership. Gas mileage is great. If you have a family or intend on traveling a lot, the storage part is small other than that perfection all around.

I have a 2022 Crosstrek Limited. I think it is overall a great commuter car with average 33MPG. However, I have two issues with this vehicle 1) Seat it took small & uncomfortable if you seat for a period of time and 2) Highway wind noise is pretty loud around 70 db at 65mph.

I bought this car brand new with less than 10 miles on it; few years later it’s got 50,000 miles and I haven’t had a single issue with it. I feel like most cars I’ve had don’t ever feel the same as they did brand new after you break it in. That is not the case with the Impreza, it feels the same as it did when I first drove it off the lot. This is hands down the best car I’ve ever owned and I have owned over half a dozen new and used cars.

I inherited the 2019 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from my wife. She ended up getting another Forester. Needless to say, I never picked this car for myself. However, the Subaru Brand and this Crosstrek has won me over. The AWD system works perfectly in the snowy Northern New York climate. With dedicated winter tires, I have complete confidence in my ability to keep it through the worst Lake Effect snow. The ground clearance allows me to drive easily on unloved roads with ease. I don't use X-Mode often, but it does help for going uphill on snowy roads or times when the snow is pretty deep. I've never been stuck or stranded with this car. The power train is adequate enough for highway and secondary roads. There are times when merging or attempting to pass, where I wished it had more power. (Drove a loaner 2020 Limited with the 2.5L, that is the perfect power train for the Crosstrek) I have never had any issues with the CVT transmission, but it does take some getting used to. The interior is fine. The gauges, screens and buttons are laid out well. I can find everything with ease and non of the buttons are in odd places. The factory speakers are lacking, but this model doesn't not have the upgraded stero option. Andriod auto works well. Seats are comfortable but do not have much lumbar support. Bolstered well and the headrest has a big range of adjustments. At 70k, I noticed the first crack in the synthetic leather bolster. The Limited trim is equipped with LED headlamps and they are truly fantastic. I rarely find myself using the hi-beams. The turning headlamps are very helpful with visibility when turning. Excellent all around. Eyesight and adaptive cruise works well and I have never had any issues. Only minor hiccups when snow, rain, fog or very bright oncoming light will trip Eyesight off. After a minute, it turns itself on. Overall this car is everything I needed and I never knew it. Reliable, fuell efficient, capable in snow and light off-road situations. It had enough utility space for anything I have ever hauled. Truly impressed with this little car. I plan on keeping it for the long haul. You won't be disappointed.
