I had some problem with my Social Security number and I need to wait another week and another day and another 24 hour Lorraine and the manager Jimmy was so patiently nicely and kindly understanding my problem with a Social Security and they give me the time I needed keeping my car for another extra 24 hours I really appreciate that because of that I was able to get the best deal with the best price and the best car off my best price with the loan usually car shopping takes one day a couple of hours but my car shopping took about 10 days can you imagine the frustration but everybody in Carmax Was very patient and kind and understanding my situation thank you Carmax definitely recommend it to all my friends family and customers and I have a lot as a real estate agent my customers all need a car and my coworkers all need a car definitely recommend it love you guys. Raj helped me lease for the first time. I selected the 2026 Crosstrek for its simplicity and safety features. I didn’t need anything fancy. Just a car that can get me to & from work. The great deal being advertised at the time was also a big draw. I needed a car quickly and had to go through the process as a solo female. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed into anything or being force fed gimmicks. Raj took time to settle my worries and allowed me time to consult my family members. A week later Bryce went over the tech with me & answered some additional concerns I had as a first time lessee. Overall I found their service to be friendly, patient, and thorough compared to other dealerships.

I bought a 2025 Impreza Base model.
I bought a 2025 Impreza Base model. This is my first Subaru, and I have to say, for a base trim package, it is A LOT of car! The dual touch screens take some getting used to, but they're easy to learn and navigate. The eyesight system is a pretty cool safety feature and helps keep me focused if I get distracted. The AWD is really smooth when accelerating, and the CVT feels similar to an automatic. I wasn't expecting to like a CVT but I feel like Subaru is doing them right. We'll see where this thing is at in a few years, but so far it feel pretty nice. This thing has plenty of juice when getting up to speed. The steering controlled headlights are a cool feature I didn't know I needed. Overall, this is a very nice vehicle at a great price. It's a perfect daily driver and then some.
