The experience of buying a car and always be trying a little anxious and not knowing really which way you wanna go. Adam was excellent, answered all my questions pointed out things that I hadn’t thought of and his father was right there with helpful hitch and showing my wife how to use the screen with all the apps on them, which is sometimes confusing. Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

If I could give Williams Subaru ten stars, I would do it. I'm not sure I've written more than two or three reviews in my life, but this company deserves the time and attention. I recently had a fairly challenging car-buying situation come up, involving the buyout of a lease, multi-state regulations, power of attorney, etc. I went through many dealerships trying to find a solution for buying a specific Subaru, and there seemed to be no company that could manage my situation. I was ready to give up and buy another kind of vehicle when my grandmother mentioned using Williams. I know no one personally at the company, but my grandparents live near Sayre, and they have done business with Williams Subaru on several occasions. They were wonderful beyond words. Completely professional, gracious, helpful, personal, and everyone on their team went above and beyond. They took the time to carefully answer my questions, they were deeply fair in the transaction, they broke down the numbers with me carefully, and they added extra touches at no cost that gave me confidence in my decisions. They made both me and my family feel taken care of and treated well. I couldn't have had a better experience. I'll say this, and I mean it: I live in Minnesota, and while I'm new to Subarus, I'm impressed so far, and I might just be a Subaru girl. Even being a good way across the country, Williams Subaru will always get my business. They actually made buying a car in a complicated moment for our family a joyful and easy experience. I'm grateful, and I won't forget it. That's radically good customer service, in support of an excellent product. Thanks for what you do, Williams Subaru.

This is my second Impreza... The best car for me... Great AWD... Good contemporary design. Handles great. Love the 11.6-inch screen. So many safety features.

I always feel very safe with Vermont winters. Always feel I have control even in inclement weather! I love all the standard features and feel safe driving my grandchildren in this car.

First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.
