I have been looking for a vehicle for about a month and a half. My better half sent me a link to check out a particular car at Planet Subaru. Long story short, I called and was connected to Judy. Judy set up an appointment for me to see and test drive the vehicle. From the time that I walked in to just see the vehicle, I was treated as if I was family. There was absolutey no pressure to buy the vehicle. I did buy the vehicle and I can HONESTLY say that it was the best experience that I EVER had with buying a vehicle. Judy and Joseph went beyond the call of duty to get my wife and I the car that we wanted; with the best rate possible. I have never seen nor dealt with such professionals, when it comes to buying a car. In addittion to Judy and Joseph, the entire staff was/ are friendly and welcoming. My daughter will be driving soon, and there is no doubt in my mind, where we will be buying her car from. I can't say enough at how easy and pleasant this experience was. The owners of Planet Subaru, should be proud to have such a wonderful group of professionals. This group and loctaion should be emulated by all in this profession. Again, my wife and I thank you Judy, Joseph and the rest of the staff for a wonderful experience.

We had a 2018 Impreza and 2017 Legacy which we traded on for a 2025 Impreza sport. It's a great car for the money has many updated features

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

Absolutely no complaints here. Between intake of my car, reviewing work order, service on the car: absolutely no complaints.

Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

I bought this car brand new with less than 10 miles on it; few years later it’s got 50,000 miles and I haven’t had a single issue with it. I feel like most cars I’ve had don’t ever feel the same as they did brand new after you break it in. That is not the case with the Impreza, it feels the same as it did when I first drove it off the lot. This is hands down the best car I’ve ever owned and I have owned over half a dozen new and used cars.
