We contacted salesperson Marvin about a Crosstrek we wanted and asked whether he could compete with several other dealers we got quotes from.We told him that we preferred his dealership because it was much closer to our home than the others. He said that he wanted to make it happen, and he did splendidly. He was very pleasant to work with, very attentive, and willing and able to do what he could to get us his best deal.
