got the car mid 2023 as a gift. it’s my first car and honestly, it’s amazing. doesn’t have anything too flashy, but gets me from point a to b. she’s super spacious, though my heated seats sometimes don’t work. the ac does break sometimes, but i love how fast the take off speed is :)

Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

Our salesmen, Miguel and Oscar were very helpful as we went thru this car-buying process, Miguel even helped me set up my bluetooth before I left for home .......... I would recommend Car Max- this is our 2nd vehicle purchase at this location.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

This place is amazing! I first contacted another Subaru, and the receptionist listened and said a service rep would call me. We kept getting a warning light, which had us pulling off the freeway each time, and waiting until the light went off. Not particularly safe! After no response, I called Orange Coast, talked directly to the service manager who told me to come in, even without an appt, as the car needed attention. Steve Anderson figured out the problem, fit us in, and even found that the problem was covered under warranty. As I waited in their comfortable and welcoming customer lounge, I listened to the other customers talking to their service reps. It was evident that the different reps were universally well liked, and all the customers were really pleased with the work that was being done on their cars. As an out of town visitor stuck with car trouble, I am totally grateful that my car is fixed and safe for my long trip home. If I lived closer, this would be my trusted, go to service dealer! This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.

Love the handling. The seats are stiff, heater air conditioning controls are hard to read at night. I leased the Imprezza hatchback and love that I can put the weekly groceries in the back and unload easily. Gas mileage is good for an all wheel drive vehicle. Next time I will lease the Crosstek as the Imprezza is to low to the ground.

Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

It's as close to perfect as it could get without rolling off the factory line. Plenty of room and excellent gas mileage with all wheel drive make this the perfect all year vehicle.

I bought this car brand new with less than 10 miles on it; few years later it’s got 50,000 miles and I haven’t had a single issue with it. I feel like most cars I’ve had don’t ever feel the same as they did brand new after you break it in. That is not the case with the Impreza, it feels the same as it did when I first drove it off the lot. This is hands down the best car I’ve ever owned and I have owned over half a dozen new and used cars.
