New dealership looks great. They needed a bigger space. Did not really take to the person that assisted me. She was indifferent and was kind of a fast talker and a mumbler. Very dry personality. Love the new look and do enjoy a few of the people that work there but this experience was meh!!!

I never drove a Subaru before and I am so happy with this car. It handles well and is great on gas!! It has many safety features! I wanted an SUV that had all wheel drive that you can use over 25 miles per hour in snowy conditions. This car has that! Really happy with my purchase!

LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! I started by emailing with Alex 'Mongo' at the beginning of November about a car I was interested in. When that one sold, he quickly recommended another hybrid that fit my budget perfectly. Mongo was responsive and helpful throughout our email exchanges. When my boyfriend and I came in for a test drive, we worked with Mongo (Alex) and Chas, and they were incredible. What impressed me most was how upfront and transparent they were about pricing and fees. They let me see the price sheet and even take pictures of it. When I asked to put the car on hold to think about it, there was zero pressure - they were completely understanding when we left to look at other options. Mongo was extremely responsive over text, answering all my questions without being pushy at all. He was kind, level-headed, and genuinely easy to talk to. An excellent vehicle for the bat s..t crazy fast urban interstates that are all cracked and busted that I commute daily - soaks up road imperfections very well - excellent visibility quality fit and finish . surprisingly well equipped - fantastic safety + features and my first car with turning headlights and water proof seats- cool machine all around. highly recommend.

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

2023 Subaru Outback Limited XT. A great station wagon (it’s not really a SUV). Comfortable leather seats, smooth ride and extremely quick with the turbo. If you don’t need seating for eight, you have no need for the Ascent. Same engine and cargo capacity and ground clearance, lower to the ground, faster, better handling and several thousand dollars cheaper. Standard all wheel drive. Full safety suite. 11.6” infotainment system is really closer to 8” as the climate control takes the additional 3.6”. The Harmon Kardon sound system will blow your doors off. Good in car navigation. Wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto. Hands free tailgate. 0-60 in 5.8 on regular gas. Standard roof rails. Even has heated outboard rear seats. If you’re considering a midsize or smaller SUV you owe it to yourself to drive this first.

I dealt with Ali he gave me one of the best quote in the nation! He was so great and professional. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

This is my third Subaru Forrester. I like the newer safety features and ease of handling. The size is perfect for me, not too small or too big! I would recommend if you’re looking for a midsize vehicle.

Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

I purchased my Outback Premium in 2022 new. Liked the color. silver, and didn't want moonroof or a lot of extras that could break. Bad battery experience has really disappointed our experience although the cars performance and comfort has not.

The Touring XT has all the bells and whistles of a luxury SUV for a lower price point. The extra turbo thrust is impressive! It has a very comfortable ride for long trips.

Got a '22 Touring XT. I knew the base engine was pathetic so I wanted the turbo. Gladly sacrifice some MPG for way more power. They shouldn't even offer the base engine on this car. Anyway, after 44k miles it's running like a champ. Absolutely no issues with the electronics (a few minor glitches here and there but nothing to take to the dealer for), CVT is fine, engine is fine, the AWD is second to none! Plowed right through a 15" blizzard through Kansas City like it was nothing. My biggest gripe are the squeaks and rattles. Highly annoying. My '17 Chevy Colorado with 64k miles is tighter and quieter. Cargo space is top notch, I have a bad back so getting in and out of a taller vehicle is much easier. But there is just too much tech and driver assistance, Subaru needs to tone it down a little. I still prefer to actually DRIVE my car, not have the car drive me. Overall I'm still happy with it.

This is the second time purchasing from this dealership. Price was reasonable and customer service was excellent. The sales rep Sean Ali was accommodating and patient and Roxanne from Finance was transparent with the costs. Again, customer service at this dealership is excellent at all aspects including the service department. Will go to this dealership again should I need to purchase another vehicle.

This is a follow up review, I did have to change the head gaskets out on my 2010 forester. I've seen this is common, once again, the work is able to be done by a DIY mechanic. Since 2020 Ive had to change the ignition coil, spark plug wires, head gaskets in February of 2024, and also the crankshaft position sensor. The car had 165,000 miles when the head gaskets needed changed. So far it has 173,000 miles and still runs well. Also changed were the clutch and throwout beairng, and another timing belt change. It still runs very well, the exhaust is getting rusty and have had to fix that, overall its been a good car. I've owned it for 12 years and the ability to work on it yourself is what I really like about it, it isn't fast, but its quite utilitarian and my dog loves it as well. So if you don't mind working on your own stuff its one of the easiest cars to work on with the way the engine is oriented in the longitudinal position. I've always changed the oil every 4-5000 miles since I've had it, the heads and valves were completely clean. I'd say if one keeps up the servicing on these they are good vehicles to own. Not looking forward to when it blows, they don't make plain cars like this now adays.

I have had big trucks and SUV I now have a 2025 Outback wilderness, I had to drive this outback a while to get use to it, it was hard for me to get comfortable in this outback because it sat so low, for 60 years I had a vehicle sat up high and little more room in the front seat area,I got use to it, especially at the gas station with mpg I am getting , I am getting really right around 24 to 25 Mpg I am happy.Now that I have driven this outback for about 2 months I am happy, and in the Outback Wilderness it has the best AWD on the market not 4 wheel drive, never never let anybody tell you it is the same as 4 wheel drive If they do leave the dealership on the spot. I am happy I would buy again as long the price is 40k Or less if the price crosses the 45 k I would have gotten a Toyota 4 runner, not the 2025 models but the 2024 or 2023, remember these models are around 17 mpg with 23 gallon tanks with about 275 to 300 miles per tank

Easiest, most pleasant and most straightforward car purchase we’ve ever made. It was a pleasure dealing with him, he worked with us every step of the way with no games and no unpleasant surprises. My 2nd Subaru, quiet and roomy. I am 6'2" and this is the first car with the leg room and interior height where I do not feel cramped. Just the perfect size vehicle for my wife and I for getting around. Smooth ride and excellent handling. Visibility from the drivers seat is outstanding, The surround vision on our Touring model is very helpful for getting into tight parking and judging distances to objects in front or behind us. The ability to switch the review mirror from Mirror to Camera Mode for viewing objects beneath the hatchback window. The remote start with climate set has spoiled us for getting into a cold car in the winter or unbearably hot in summer. The information main screen was intimidating at first, but after a month we are quite comfortable with it. The menus at first seemed overwhelming but we quickly learned that once they are setup to our needs, they do not have to be accessed again, especially with the facial recognition making the comfort settings when either one of us sit in the drivers seat. My biggest complaint so far, is that if you turn off the engine start/stop function , you are reminded every time you start the car that it is indeed off and to confirm by pressing the confirm button on the screen. Very annoying. other than that we are very happy with the 2026 Forester Touring.

2/27/2025 Service Visit Excellent visit with great service. Service department called me to discuss waiting time prior to my departure. I was greeted and treated extremely well during visit. I waited in their service department lounge. Wait time was as discussed. Miguel the service agent kept me informed of progress, discussed the service performed, confirmed what services were due in the future. Asked me if I wanted car wash and got that done quickly. I am very fond of the dealership even after it changed hands from previous ownership. Great job by IG Burton. I will keep bringing my 2022 Outback here for service, where I purchased the vehicle, even though it is further than the dealership near me. I also stopped into the customer service department to ask a question about my Subaru application and was happy with the friendly agent and the time spent answering my question.

Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

This car is so comfortable! The driver sits up high, with great sight lines in all directions. The seats are comfortable. The features are very intuitive. My car has automatic door locks so when I walk up to the car with my key fob, put my hand on the door handle the doors unlock. It has automatic headlight dimmer which works great. It has plenty of power for freeway acceleration. All wheel drives makes it great in snow. I’m very happy with this car.

So I bought a ‘21 Outback premium with 30k miles and have already put 6K more on it. Here is my honest review: if you want a fast car don’t get the 2.5 non turbo- that being said it is adequate for myself and get great gas mileage. The interior is good- I have the spec with cloth heated seats and they are comfortable and the cabin feels nice- has some cheap parts but I knew what I was buying. The infotainment is frustrating at times- auto start stop is a pain in the butt- but the infotainment itself isn’t bad with good sound and good responsiveness. The apple CarPlay will lag and be finicky at times but nothing terrible. As for drive quality it is a smooth ride and I don’t have any real complaints yet. Like I had mentioned if you want a car that is going to be fast- this engine and transmission will not do that for you. Overall I am happy so far with my purchase and feel as though I made a sensible decision when choosing this over some of its competition (I was looking at the VW Tiguan and and Mazda cx5)
