His description of the vehicle, which was a realistically priced, was spot on, and actually why we bought the vehicle sight unseen. It was a true pleasure to meet everyone we dealt with. 5 Golden stars! I was in the market looking for a new car had been searching for almost a month. I ran across Fred Anderson Nissan of Raleigh while watching Sunday night football ball.. seen this 2014 max and that I had to have! I inquire about the car the next day and a online rep contacted me about my inquiry. I set an appointment for the same day! I drove an hour and a half to this dealership with all good hopes of bring home a car! As soon as I arrived at the dealership I was greeted with exceptional customer service. I was actually looking for the rep that I had spoke with earlier that day but she had left for the evening. MACKLY, my guy! He was beyond great! He told me that the lady I was looking for was out but he could definitely help me! I sat down with him and discussed exactly what I was there for! Instantly he grabbed the keys to the car and we headed for a test drive! Man this car was CLEAN! Mackly was very knowledgeable with his information provided! Seems like him and I had met once in this lifetime! I felt right at home! Once back at the dealership things went good and smoothed and fast! Of course numbers were ran and Mackly did his best while working with his team to get me a good and affordable rate! Long story long or more so short! Fred Anderson Nissan is great dealership with great people I wouldn???t mind any day doing business with!
Everyone was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. The salesman, John M. was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and helped narrow down my search and get a deal that was acceptable to me. The finance guy, John L. worked hard to secure the financial arrangements getting me the lowest interest rate possible.

I inquired on a vehicle and received a very prompt response through both phone and e-mail. Unfortunately, the vehicle that I was interested in had been sold earlier that day. They apologized for the inconvenience and even gave me a time frame for the ads to be removed.
I received a follow-up a day or so later to see if there was anything else they could assist with. I have my heart set on a very particular vehicle, so I declined, but the extra effort was appreciated - even more so because they have not continued to reach out after making it clear that I'm out of state and not looking for anything except that particular vehicle make / model and options.
Exceptional service from start to finish. We made an online inquiry about a 2018 Forester and was contacted by Nick Clough who was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We explained to Nick exactly what we were looking for in regards to vehicle and price point. Nick went to work and found us the perfect car. When we came to the dealership for our test drive we were greeted at the door as if we were a returning customer. We were not bombarded with pushy sales people but were asked who our appointment salesperson was. It was a class act all the way around. Completing the financing was as simple as signing a few documents. Nick took care of most of the detail work before we ever came in. This was a nice touch and made our experience much more pleasurable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and Nick Clough for all of your Subaru needs.

The sales experience with Roberson, especially with Molly Wilkes, was a rare pleasant experience in the Auto Industry. They were honest in all their dealings with me and never tried to play games on either the vehicle I was purchasing or the one I was trading in.
