I’ve owned some great cars, and my 2014 Subaru Outback is arguably the best, most reliable and most practical car I’ve ever owned. Truly, I love my Subaru.

We've had our 2018 Subaru outback in twice for auto body repair. We were thrilled both times with the efficiency of the process, the speed of the service, and the quality of the repair. They are experts both in auto body repair, and dealing with insurance companies. This is the only place I would take my vehicle for auto body repair.

An excellent vehicle for the bat s..t crazy fast urban interstates that are all cracked and busted that I commute daily - soaks up road imperfections very well - excellent visibility quality fit and finish . surprisingly well equipped - fantastic safety + features and my first car with turning headlights and water proof seats- cool machine all around. highly recommend.

Friendly, helpful salesman Brendan Arnold. Ford Escape PHEV is a hard to find vehicle and he kept me informed the whole time during the search. Tyler was very helpful during the purchase and explained all the option to help us get what we believe is best for us.

Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

Service was excellent, done on time, car was washed, nice waiting area, service even supplied a video of things they checked. they were very polite and professional.

LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

I have shopped and had my cars serviced for 20 years at Honda Auto Nation in the Spokane Valley. I wanted to upgrade my 2022 Pilot to a 2024. I talked Tyler Maverick when I came in. Very helpful and personable. At that time there were no 2024 pilots available. Tyler showed me some options for other used cars. They did not work for me. We continued to look into options and with the help of the Max M. and David C. and the General Mgr, I was able to get into a new 2026 Honda Passport , which was a similar size of my 2022 pilot but with more advanced electronics and features. I appreciated Tyler's efforts and the follow up by the Honda sales dept.

I bought used in 2023 a 2015 premium with 214k miles. I drove it 6k miles and only replaced the CV axle, this isn't impressive sounding but it was going through constant , aggressive off reading due to the rough road conditions I had to use because I live in the rocky mountains. I got in a rollover a 60 mph and I had no injuries, airbags kept me safe. Fuel economy was dismal with 21 in the city and 24 in the highway, safety and reliability are top tier, power was surprisingly adequate, the Bluetooth was appreciated and all the safety tech and other tech was very useable and helpful and accurate. Love the car would buy it again if I had the chance

He has kept in contact with us through the process and is super easy to work with. I would recommend this dealership to other people as the didn’t make us feel like we were working with “pushy used car salesmen”. The Subaru Outback is one of the best cars on the road. This car is definitely worth every penny that it costs. Performance at reliability cannot be underestimated. The company stands behind its warranty in every way. It’s like having a more expensive car without the hassle and expense!

Scott Grumbly and Derek Ayton are the best service professionals I've ever met. Scott, the service manager, oversaw the administrative process and Derek was the technical expert. Both of these guys have handled two visits for me, provided excellent advice and service, and were hugely helpful. I'll go out of my way to visit this service department because I'm confident in their service and support.

I have owned my 2017 Forester since late 2016. Except for normal maintenance I've had no problems with thr vehicle. All of the warning systems work very well,they have saved me from accidents numerous times. The automatic seat repositioning when some one else has used my is really handy eliminates all the adjusting needed to get the position back to my needs. Traction and controll during winter and bad weather are excellent. My forrester get used like a truck at times. Great overall car.

From the moment we entered the facility, we are greeted with friendly courteous staff. that took the time to answer our questions and provided us with an Uber.

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

I recently purchased a F350 and Russell was my sales person. He went above and beyond, even came in on his day off, and helped me get into a vehicle that suited my needs. I bought my outback new in March 2018. After putting about 85,000 miles on it the only thing I had ever replaced for windshield tires and battery. The battery seems to go out most often every 30,000 miles or two years at about 85,000 miles we had an oil pan leak that was small but we had it repaired since it was covered under extended warranty. I’ve also had water leak into the drivers door, electronics and shorted out my driver‘s window. The Travers side seat bolster of leather, has also ripped and torn quite badly. However, I have not done a very good job at keeping it up overall it’s been a very good vehicle. Written April 5th 2026.

2023 Subaru Outback Limited XT. A great station wagon (it’s not really a SUV). Comfortable leather seats, smooth ride and extremely quick with the turbo. If you don’t need seating for eight, you have no need for the Ascent. Same engine and cargo capacity and ground clearance, lower to the ground, faster, better handling and several thousand dollars cheaper. Standard all wheel drive. Full safety suite. 11.6” infotainment system is really closer to 8” as the climate control takes the additional 3.6”. The Harmon Kardon sound system will blow your doors off. Good in car navigation. Wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto. Hands free tailgate. 0-60 in 5.8 on regular gas. Standard roof rails. Even has heated outboard rear seats. If you’re considering a midsize or smaller SUV you owe it to yourself to drive this first.

Had a great experience with Mike White Ford. Dealing with Travis thru phone and text, answered questions on a car I wanted, finally was able to make the trip to Couer d'Alene to see and drive in person, Travis turned me over to Andrew. Both guys can not say enough how they both are awesome to work with and the process was pretty fast to get me back on the road home. Also everyone was opening doors for us, WHAT! you do not see that anymore or even at out local dealership, Mike White Ford puts them to shame.. LOL... I have had big trucks and SUV I now have a 2025 Outback wilderness, I had to drive this outback a while to get use to it, it was hard for me to get comfortable in this outback because it sat so low, for 60 years I had a vehicle sat up high and little more room in the front seat area,I got use to it, especially at the gas station with mpg I am getting , I am getting really right around 24 to 25 Mpg I am happy.Now that I have driven this outback for about 2 months I am happy, and in the Outback Wilderness it has the best AWD on the market not 4 wheel drive, never never let anybody tell you it is the same as 4 wheel drive If they do leave the dealership on the spot. I am happy I would buy again as long the price is 40k Or less if the price crosses the 45 k I would have gotten a Toyota 4 runner, not the 2025 models but the 2024 or 2023, remember these models are around 17 mpg with 23 gallon tanks with about 275 to 300 miles per tank

I recently had my car stolen and totaled. I actually work for the dealership and enjoy the work I do with the company. Mr krohn has been helping me out for the past month and a half with a car. It has been difficult but with the patience and time he has given my mom and I, I could not be more grateful for him! He worked with my mom and I till the very end and has been nothing but helpful. I ended up getting a 2019 subaru forester. Lots of room and a perfect vehicle into the middle of my adult life. I hope this car lasts me through the next few years. CarMax does fine, but a little cumbersome since they are so big. Daniel and JJ were very helpful. Cars.com, however, is slow on removing cars from their pages. Twice I went to CarMax to see a car, because Cars.com emailed me that the car I wanted was still available, at that location. Both times it had been previously sold. Frustrating when you’re looking for a specific model.

I like the solid feel of the car and the sturdy and high ride. Good acceleration. It would be a better SUV if the ground clearance was at least 10” or 12”, with the exhaust pipe properly tucked away!

Likes: spacious interior despite modest exterior dimensions, easy to maneuver, great visibility all around, comfortable ride, good traction, handling, and braking, nice interior finish on sport model, strong steering responsive headlights yet they don't blind opposing traffic, very good optional Harmon sound system, numerous effective safety features, low insurance premiums, adequate acceleration..a few cons: actual economy slightly under EPA estimates, seat may be a bit too firm for some but easy to address by adding a thin seat cushion, mandatory sunroof on all but the base model..I wish Subaru would just make that a single option..rough engine start-stop ..however I disable it each time I start engine so it can be a non issue...no reliability issues yet but since this has a cvt and fairly complex safety features, long term reliability is unknown..

The Touring XT has all the bells and whistles of a luxury SUV for a lower price point. The extra turbo thrust is impressive! It has a very comfortable ride for long trips.

I purchased my Outback Premium in 2022 new. Liked the color. silver, and didn't want moonroof or a lot of extras that could break. Bad battery experience has really disappointed our experience although the cars performance and comfort has not.
