I was met by the service department personnel with a smile and eager to get my vehicle problem(s) resolved. They topped off the windshield washer reservoir when I first pulled into the service bay. Never had this happen at any other dealership before. Great job on the little perk that make you feel appreciated. Vehicle problem was determined very quickly and was out in a timely manner. Really liked the service department amenities while you wait...bananas, apples, pears, sweet rolls, cookies, coffee and even dog buscuits for your pets. Very, very nice!

I was in need of a good, safe vehicle that my husband who recently had a stroke could easily get into and out of. Brian Klie and Quan Bone assisted me in deciding which vehicle matched my needs. After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.
