I bought a used 2008 Corolla from them about 5 weeks ago. Just recently there was a clicking noise coming from one of the front wheels. I took it in to get fixed and it turns out it was just a pebble stuck in there somewhere. They didn't charge me the diagnostic fee or anything. I would recommend Kolosso Toyota to anyone.

Dorsch Kia was the most consistent when i needed a response. I did not do business because another dealer had free oil changes. I would like to add that if that sales pitch wasn’t there I would have given Dorsch my business.

Dorsch (Ron & Dallas) were a pleasure to deal with when it came to purchasing my vehicle. I never purchased a used car from an out of state dealer that was so far from me. The process can be scary but they provided me with various pictures, videos, and all the information to formulate my decision. I flew in from New York and they arranged to have me picked up from the airport. The negotiation process was pretty simple as well. I drove the car back over 1,000 miles without a hiccup. Great dealer to deal with; 1 would recommend them to anyone.

Salesman was knowledgeable...Price was ok. Warranty was not affordable or comprehensive. Everything was alright.

Brought my car because the mudflap was coming off. They said they had to order one and then the parts guy or service said I can get it up on a rack right now. He took a look at it and he was able to put on a quick fix to it and it was all done. Thank you and you know what they didn’t charge me a penny, but I always go to them. Good old-fashioned service

Issac, the Nissan technician, was so helpful! He maintained excellent communication with me through the whole process of obtaining approval from the warranty company to cover the cost of a new transmission. The process took a few weeks during which he was calm and courteous through it all which helped me so much! We didn't purchase the vehicle at Bergstrom, but were treated with such respect! I had a problem with my steering column controls and he worked with the mechanic to provide a solution. This was an example of going above and beyond to help a customer. Great job Shane and crew! Mike is amazing! Was looking for a new specific car which they had. Sales people are not pushy at all.. test drove the car. Loved it but had a minor concern with it. Mike took care of it and let me drive it again to make sure I was happy. Gave me a great price for my trade. Mike made the whole process quick and painless.. I was unexpectedly surprised to have such a positive experience purchasing a used car. I was looking for a late model sedan which was available. They added an extra 1 year warranty, agreed to take my car on trade in, and was very efficient with the paperwork.
