Hello, I never thought that I'd be driving the car that I always admired, but, bought a house instead of the vehicle a few years ago. Yes, that's how much the vehicle was. Passing the Battaglia Auto Sales, I did some research and learned that first, its a Family Owned Business, its local Excellent review then seeing the vehicle of my dreams was fate. Not knowing that I would be driving it off the lot 24 hours later. Excellent Customer Service, everyone one was pleasant and knowledgeable in their field. I felt right at home.To be acknowledged when you step into a business establishment of any kind I measure my purchase on such a small gesture someone that Says hello, how are you doing today? He had me. It was a genuine greeting. He didn't have too. Based on the reviews; the cars sell themselves and when you put someone like Joe in the floor to welcomed everyone to acknowledge anyone, you have a success business and my support. This is a great car. Rides good and has all the bells and whistles. Clean interior. I especially love the heated seats and outside temperature along with gas mileage shown. Love this car.

Went to look at an advertised car and made an appointment with Ed and also spoke with Mark. Both were courteous, accommodating and respectful. The car was in excellent shape and I was given all particulars and history that they knew. My impression was that they were honest and forthcoming. I did not buy that particular car but will definitely go back if something else catches my interest. Would definitely recommend.

The 2016 Subaru Outback is the first car I'd ever bought brand new, and I haven't been disappointed since it was purchased 7 years ago. It's very reliable, fun to drive, easy on gas, easy on maintenance and easy on the eyes. Will do it all over again when I make my next Subaru purchase!

I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

This is the car I drive the most often. I have driven this car in all kinds of environments, including in someone else's yard when I made the mistake of taking a turn too fast. My family bought this car for under 2000 used, and it's been worth every penny. Ours doesn't have AC anymore, nor does it have any of the bells and whistles. This car has never let me down, and I doubt that it will. This is the perfect car.

My wife purchased a car from Joe and Batagglia Auto back in the fall and has been very happy with her purchase. Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.
