I was there to look at a GMC Yukon Denali, and while I expected a strong sales pitch to move the vehicle, it was anything but this. Eugene was genuine and transparent, his effort focused on building a relationship and making sure I received a first rate customer experience. This made our work towards an agreement feel more like a collaboration rather than a sale. Once we agreed on a price I was onto Alvin in Finance, where the positive vibe continued. Alvin laid everything out in detail, shared available add-ons without hard selling, all while sharing a little background on himself when I asked. The entire finance part of my purchase just flowed. I feel excellent customer service is a fading experience these days, not so at BMW Concord. Thank you, Eugene and Alvin!

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Chris Neves, our advisor made it easier for us to pay the large amount for fixing our BMW problem. Our car was towed there and from beginning to end, he kept in contact with us via text or phone with the work being done and when it would be finished. And when I got there, I had many questions and he answered every one of them with detail. It was an expensive fix but I trust the shop because talking to Chris made it easier. Also, they are open Saturday which helped us get the car on Monday.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

Only 2000 miles of which 500 is highway. First positive impressions are: extraordinary quiet, impressive acceleration, above average ride and comfort. Great front and side vision. Very comfortable seats. Lots of interior room. Negatives are: incredibly complex systems to do simple things, exterior styling is an "acquired taste", rear vision is marginal. Odd door handles inside and outside. It is still too early to make a definitive assessment of this vehicle. Other than an intermittent annoying creak in the passenger window area that is hard to replicate at the dealership, the build quality seems very good. This is not a big Lexus or Mercedes sedan, but rather a very good SAV. Range is 300+ with the 21" wheels. Charging is easy and relatively fast with a good DC charger. True 11KwH on 48 amp home charger. Driver assistance package works well. Steering is a little light but no issues with the shape of the wheel. There will be some adjustment to this type of vehicle, but it has been easier than I anticipated. Registering it as an EV, leased out of state, was a frustrating experience and the extra fees for EV licensing are ridiculous.

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..
