I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

I’m 2021 we bought our SRX from them and it had been an amazing car so when I totaled my 2021 Sentra. Our credit wasn’t as good as before but they got us in a newer car. And we are happy and they offer warranty’s for peace of mind Paul and Bo are amazing they made it simple. 10/10 I recommend

I get around 26mpg in highways. City it's around 20mpg. Easy to drive around and looks great. Premium interiors. Nice pick up and sports mode boost makes it even more fun to drive! No maintenance issues for my 2022 CX-9 yet.

I purchased my reliable Highlander on September 13, 2001, (I never forget, YES 2 days after the NY attack). This car went everywhere. In 2009 and 2011 I drove my two kids out of the hospital in it when they were born. I sold it (in less than one hour) on May 2019 with 289,000 miles. Never had any major issues, probably the worse was a CV joint. With regular maintenance it can go many more miles.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by Kenny Buckner. I explained to him I was looking to see what I could finance before even thinking about a vehicle purchase. Unlike other Dealerships, I was treated extremely well. Lonnie Stooksbury (the Finance Manager) immediately took the time to get my financials in order and was quick about it. I could afford way more than I thought. Overall the people here are amazing. I will be a repeat customer and I recommend you come if you haven't. Love the Infotainment system. Easy to navigate. Great looking car. Rides nice and is quiet. The limited trim has what you need and more. I am happy with the hybrid model. Highly recommend.

Everyone is genuine, no one plays games, they talk to you like a friend, and they don't degrade women like other places! They are patient and loving, their communication is amazing, and their service is outstanding. Matt was our salesman and I couldn't praise his service higher! Great looking, fun to drive 4x4, super reliable, leather interior but strong enough for 2 dogs and 2 kids. Goes anywhere. Roof rack easy to use. HAs all the electronic helper (BSM, cross traffic alert, lane keeping, adaptive cruise). The downside is the gas milage. 16.5 to 18 mpg depending on time of year & type of gas (summer vs winter gas). No service issues in 45,000 miles but they did some fuel pump recall when I was in for an oil change

I called about a truck that was for sale. Jeff answered the phone and told me it was still for sale. I asked him to hold it for me. I went right down to see it and he was very helpful. I bought the truck and Jeff showed me how it worked. He got me Kim Greene to fill out the paper work . It was getting late and I can not see good enough to drive at night. Jeff said he would have it delivered the next morning to my house in Sevierville. It was there by 8am. Both were great to work with. I have never gone to a better place to buy a vehicle. They added some running boards to it. When I was ready to leave the truck was ready to go. I have told my friends about Fox and how wonderful they were.

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

Had synthetic oil change, tire rotation , and multi point inspection completed on 2015 Camry . TJ was the service advisor and was extremely friendly and helpful. The tech was Matt Nunamaker and got everything done in record amount of time . I had dropped vehicle off at about 1040 and everything was complete by 1117. Only 37 minutes to complete all that , usually it takes at least 1 hr - 1 1/2 hours at other Toyota dealers. Thanks for everyone being professional and servicing my daughter’s vehicle that she uses to get from college in Knoxville back home to Virgina . Appreciate it very much !!!

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

2018 Rav4 was totaled by someone who ran a stop sign. Miss this car every day. Every single airbag went off and me and the other passenger were safe and able to walk away alive. Thankful for this car.
