This is the best car I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned many luxury cars and by far my Tesla Model Y is better than all of them. I have had the car for 2 years now and I never had any issues with the car. Very reliable, fast, and love the auto pilot. The handling is amazing and very quiet. Love the minimalistic interior. I don’t understand why other car maker put 100s of buttons in the dashboard. Love the screen and it’s user friendly.

I love my Tucson. I've had no bad experiences with Tootie the Tucson. Minor problems are repaired as soon as the problems are presented. I take my breakfast to the service center and settle down until my car is ready. I seldom wait long.

I have owneed my 2006 Hyundai Tucson. Love it! Starts and runs like a sewing machine, yet has turbo power to accelerate when needed. 75,000 miles on it and very reliable. The drivers side window did stop working - the "regulator" - an inside panel that the motor, window guides, and speaker attach to, needed replacing - $100 labor, $50 part from Amazon.

Had my truck serviced and rear brakes replaced. Chelsea the service writer was very professional and courteous. Scheduling was easy and very prompt upon arrival.

Love our SEL. Perfect for long road trips with the family, and we've had a few of those. Gear shifter takes a trip or two to get used to, but otherwise, everything else is intuitive. Couldn't be happier with our family mobile.

I bought my 2020 Palisade limited all wheel drive brand new and LOVE IT. I had a 2017 Santa Fe and hated to get rid of it but so glad I did. The Palisade handles and rides great and the interior room is awesome. Even though it is mainly just me and hubby, we love the size!

2021 Chevy Trailblazer LS AWD. This is fun car. I've made so far almost 42 000 km and completely satisfied. The only issue was surge pump but was replaced due to warranty. I like design, size, fuel consumption, stylish look and more. Recommended to everyone.

The salesman that we ended up working with, Zach Spicer, after being handed off by another salesman, was great. We live 2 hours from the dealer and we found a car on their lot through cars.com that we were interested in, so our first several interactions were by email. He emailed back and forth with us, answered our many questions, sent us a walk around video, explained the advantages of the certified pre-owned Kia program, informed us what was going on with the process, etc. We were looking at a 2022 Kia Niro EV that we thought should be eligible for a $4,000 used clean vehicle tax credit, but we were not certain. At first, Parkside Kia was not interested in working with us on the process of transferring the tax credit to the dealership so that we could take the credit as a discount at the time of purchase (they first told us to “check with our CPA”, then “we usually don’t transfer the tax rebate to the dealership at the time of purchase”, but when we made it clear that if they didn’t, they wouldn’t make the sale to us, they decided to work through the process. I think that they just hadn’t done it before, and were reluctant not being familiar with it. It actually took a few days for us to get a solid answer from them on whether the car was eligible for the credit and if they could/would handle the process of transferring the credit so they would get the $4,000 from the IRS, and we would get the discount. In the end, they handled it, we got the discount and drove away with a Niro EV with less than 12,000 miles on it. Hopefully, now that the person who handles the sales paperwork is familiar, they will be able to offer the service to other customers looking to be able to take immediate advantage of the used clean vehicle tax credit and set themselves apart from other dealers who won’t or don’t know how. When we went in to take a look and test drive, the steering wheel was off center and there was a small vibration at highway speed. I asked Zach if he would be able to send it back to the service department again and ensure that the problem would be taken care of before we made the purchase. He did, they found that the alignment was off, and when we came back with the $ to test drive it again and pick it up, Zach gave me a printout of the alignment paperwork showing before and after, on the second test drive, the steering wheel was centered, and the vibration was gone. I’m glad we worked with Zach. I very much appreciate his time, patience, effort to take care of us, and I’m glad he was able to make the sale.

I am thrilled with my new 2024 KIA Niro Lx. Even the base model comes with so many features. The MPG states 53/54 city/highway I am actually averaging 10% more! Love that!! It rides beautifully and the aesthetics are great. The Snow White Pearl is stunning and worth the extra $. One drawback is NO retractable cargo cover. The only concealment/privacy option is a "cargo shield" overpriced and flimsy but necessary.

I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

I must say when I first purchased the vehicle it handled very smoothly now when I took it to get the smoke smell out it drive like the new parts were taken out so I have to take it back to the dealership and get another car and have it inspected. Which I love Carvana I’m going to get my car from them because I had a larger suv and it’s been great on gas and insurance as well.

I’ve had my GLA for about 6,000 miles and so far it hasn’t had a single problem. I drove it back from Houston to Michigan and got 34 mpg best, since I’ve got it I’ve gotten 28 mpg combined average. Very comfortable, fun to drive and -fast for a 4 cylinder! The only thing I think it lacks is cargo room. Plenty good for 85% of the time but there are times I need to haul a more. Premium gas is expensive but it seems to run just fine on mid grade too in a pinch. I love this car but Im thinking of getting a mini van as a second car for occasional hauling needs.

Special shout out to the gentleman in management and the gentleman in finance who also stayed an hour past closing time. I purchased the perfect used Toyota Tacoma. The only thing that was wrong with it was an air conditioner switch, which they replaced. They even delivered my truck to my house which is over an hour away free of charge. If you are looking for Luxurious vehicle, the Lincoln Nautilis, 2.7 L hits all the marks. I was impressed with the quality of the ride and how quiet it is when driving. The 2.7 L has all the power you’ll ever need. It’s fast. The seats and interior are very comfortable and look great. We went with coffee interior. The sound system is unbelievable.. plenty of storage in the back and the automatic folding seats are a plus also many compliments on the roominess for passengers in the rear and the reclining rear seats are a hit. This is my second Lincoln, Nautilis did not disappoint. My previous car was a MKZ.

I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

I've bought my fair share of cars in my life and have had some "typical" dealer experiences and some way above average experiences. West Knoxville CDJR is in the way above category. I bought a used Jeep from 1500 miles away. In the initial phases, the salesman was responsive and sent all the pictures I asked for, got answers to questions I had and was never pushy (but to his credit, persistent in a non offputting way). Once I decided on this vehicle, we negotiated in a professional way and arrived at a deal. I flew out to pick it up and they were all very professional, courteous and excited for my deal. The vehicle was as described. No one tried to push extras on the deal and we concluded the transaction quickly and I was on my way home. They even asked me to let them know when I made it home safely. I've not come across many dealerships I'd recommend enthusiastically (and I've never been motivated to write an online review of one), but these guys earned that from me.

I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the
