Chuck the general manager was very professional and accommodating after a very long and stressful purchase. After several service visits to Gary Yeomans Ford Knoxville and another Ford dealership out of state for an electrical issue, the issue was finally rectified. Over the course of about 3 weeks, Chuck went above and beyond what most dealers do or even consider doing, and this is likely because of Gary Yeomans' (And Chuck's) ethics and customer service mentality. I was initially very frustrated with Gary Yeomans Ford Knoxville, however, after everything was said and done, I can honestly say I would recommend them. Even if minor mistakes or unforeseen issues, the team at Gary Yeomans Ford did everything they could within their reasonable power to make things whole. Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

driving now 1 1/2 years. still love it. 59,000 mi. rec. chang rear end oil. mine had broken bits of gear. much better now. leaks from windsheld area, gotta work on that. overall still jeep'n--- please stop putting ducks on my jeep

I absolutely LOVE this car. the ride is smooth, comfortable seats and has great pick up with speed. I feel like I'm sitting in luxury. gas mileage is quite decent. I've owned it for 5 years now and intend to keep as long as possible. the only downfall is the towing capacity is 1500 lbs

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

I love my Chevy Trax I bought it in 2023 its a 2024 it drives good get awesome gas mileage drove from Oregon to Oklahoma and back and one more time to Oklahoma no brake dows yes its lower to the crowd but for me its perfect to get in and out It has a lot of room in back seat and back of car for shopping It only hat one problem the Moniterscreen whent out but the Recall fixt it

We are enjoying our 2024 Blazer RS so far. It is very comfortable and quiet. The driving dynamics are great, very responsive and smooth over rough roads. This is the first Chevrolet I've owned in a couple decades, mostly due to inferior interior fit and finish. But in this car it is done well, although hard plastics on the top of the doors do not make a nice resting spot for my elbow. Also it takes a little bit to get use to judging the front end clearance when parking. Other then that, I have found the build quality to be right there with most foreign competitors in this segment. That said, you have to pay extra for things like adaptive cruise and some other features that are standard on the competitions upper trim levels. Only other issue is the lack sight lines out the back, the pillars are very thick and the window small. Definitely need the blind spot monitoring. Overall this is a nice SUV to drive, comfortable with sporty handling and good looks.

I recently got a 2020 Equinox and there's a reason you see them everywhere. It's a great car that gets (somewhat) decent gas mileage. There's just a few issues I have with it. I've had to ride in the backseat of my Equinox a few times, whether I went out with friends and got slightly drunk or accidentally let my wallet go through the laundry. The point is… every time I have ever ridden in the backseat of the car, I always hit my head on the part where the roof meets the door. I'm 5' 10", which is an average male height, and yet, literally every single time I've ever been in the back seat of my car or in the back seat of an Uber ride that also drove a new-ish Chevy Equinox or similar car, I've hit my head on the headliner when the car turns. I also frequently use this car to transport my younger siblings who don't have a license or are in the process of getting one, and some of them have the same complaint. There's also not a lot of leg room in the back of the car, and again, I am about average male height. Two of my siblings are also around the same height as me. Also, this car is only five years old and the ABS light is already on. Now, this is not a huge deal, but my mom had an older GMC Acadia that she drove for about a decade before any warning lights appeared on her dashboard. Her car's ABS sensor never failed. Anyway, all in all, the newer Chevy Equinox is a really good car and I can see why it's the #1 choice for soccer moms.
