This is the second time we have gone to this dealership and in comparison to other dealerships Roberts Auto Sales is a Five Star company . I feel as if when I purchase I am getting quality at a fair price . I don’t like being bugged when I’m on a lot looking for that special vehicle . You can walk around and there isn’t any pressure to buy . The vehicles are taken care of , clean, feel and look new . I honestly feel like I bought a brand new vehicle . I did my home work on my new sienna and compared to other dealerships I saved a lot of money . Sure I could go to the brand name dealership however as soon as I step on their lot I’m approached . I can’t just look around without being followed and talked to . Let’s face it the sales people are making a living selling because they have to . The used vehicle section quality wise and looks which is very important to me lacks in care . I compared models . The name brand dealer the vehicles have many flaws . Roberts takes pride in making sure your vehicle looks the way you would want it to and they go through each vehicle to make sure it is taken care of and looks amazing . If you do not like some thing like a scratch etc .. Roberts auto sales fixes it with a professional job. Name brand what you see is what you get . So I feel like we saved a lot of money after comparing the quality of our vehicle . I could not imagine going anywhere else . Junior and Fernando are both really nice guys who work at Roberts . They are good with getting back with you with answers you may want . They make sure you are satisfied with your purchase . I do not think I could walk in to Toyota and say hey can I have five days to decide if I want to keep my new car ?? Their answer would be no ! If you want quality vehicles , sharp looking , new looking , you do not want some one bugging you for a sale Roberts is your place ! I feel they are honest open and care . I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

My sales person was Norberto. My entire experience was done over the internet. I had done my research and had contacted many other dealers both in person and on the internet. I have purchased several Honda's over the years but this was the best and easiest experience by far. I told Norberto exactly what I was looking for, gave him a list of all the extras that I wanted, and he came back to me with a price within a half an hour. The price came in exactly where I had hoped it would be. I told him I wanted the vehicle and he sent me pictures each step of the way as items were being installed. I drove 4.5 hours from Southern California to Modesto because I could not find the exact car I wanted down here. He turned out not to be a "typical car salesman" but a genuinely nice, warm, person, who makes you feel valued as a customer. Well worth the 4.5 hour drive.

First fellow is nice once you get him talking. Name is Jose he helped start the buying process smoothly. Second guy will be the one you negotiate with (demand what you want). Third guy is who will be actually making deals and giving you paperwork to sign. This is the most important part restate what you can do and stay firm but relaxed. No matter what they can give better deals than what's eventually given. All you can do is get the best you can get out of them while they try the same with you. Walking out sucks on both ends but if they are not budging at all get out. Third fellow for me was Nick cool and nice. Remember always to also handle yourself in professional manner questions are a must and no fear to ask them. Listen carefully as you need to have your own back.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Came here looking for a brand new 2019 Honda. After searching in Stockton and coming up empty and bad offers, I turned to Mistlin Honda in Modesto. They were very welcoming and accomidated my every need. They worked with me to get a low APR and to get me the car I wanted. I would recommend this car dealership to anyone. Our salesman was Jose, very nice guy, even tried to feed us while we waited for offers from the financiers. Couldn't be happier with the car and overall experience.

Didn't know much about this car until i got it. Car is good, economical , looks good. Didn't see much of them on the roads a year ago, but there are many of them now. This shows its gaining popularity.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

Made in Lincoln, Alabama, this car may be Japanese in name, but built in the USA. Craftsmanship, fit and finishing are excellent. Car arrived in perfect condition. Just an amazing value, nice being in a full-size vehicle that runs on regular. The V6 is quiet and has lots of pep. Lots of room for passengers and all your stuff. Amazing vehicle, that gets the job done.

Price their certified pre-owned cars very aggressively. Good inventory. Sales staff a little weak on knowing their product. Process was pretty smooth, but like most car buying experiences you better plan on being there for a long time.

The sales person I dealt with at Valley BMW was easy to talk to and was easy to get hold of on the phone when needed. What made this more complicated was I don't live anywhere near this dealer in Modesto CA. I asked if they would meet me halfway just to show me the car and let me inspect and drive it, no obligation. We both drove about 2 hrs and met up. The sales person, informed me of financing offers for BMWs and said, pretty much the price of he car was the price of the car, no haggling. Having done some research, the asking price was a good price for this car. I didn't have a trade so that made the deal easy, pay the price and doc fees and shipping. I live out of state, so the dealer was nice enough to split the $500 shipping fee, down to $250. $250 to deliver the car to my house seemed liker a deal! Looking at the car, it was in the promised condition, no dents and perfect. At our meeting spot, all the salesman had all the paperwork prepped including loan papers. Wrote a check and the car gets delivered to my house, they even threw in a free BMW shirt. It was a painless way to buy a car from a dealer 200 miles away.

I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

It was great they helped me with everything that I needed. And they gave me a lot of options to choose from. They also contacted/called me and asked me if I need help or wanted to go for a test drive.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Came in knowing what I wanted Juan put it all together and made it easy. I asked him to make it quick and easy and thats exactly what he did. He offered to even deliver it to my house since I came alone and live over an hour away.

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

I absolutely love my 2024 Acura. It’s a well-built, stylish, and reliable vehicle that delivers excellent performance—especially with the AWD, which gives me confidence in all types of weather. The ride is smooth, the features are modern and intuitive, and it feels like it was truly designed with the driver in mind. I’ve owned several vehicles over the years, but this one stands out. I absolutely love this car. I traded my 2023 Subaru Outback Touring XT for this 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. I absolutely love the way it drives. I have had hybrids before from Toyota and they drive like you know they are a hybrid with noisy obnoxious engines. This car is smooth and has great road manners. It isn't a sports car by any means, but I love the way it drives. It is not your typical fuel sipping hybrid SUV. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

I drive Uber 8urs and I have a 2018 Atlas's 2.0 getting 27 mpg having driving 3yrs this SUV is best thing I've ever had great driving UBER and very consistent jdt unbelievable SUV 187,000 miles , best vehicle I've ever owned!!!!
