This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

I bought a 2017 Honda Civic last week. I was preapproved before I walked into the dealership. There were a couple of issues once I began completing the buying process, but after 3 hours at the dealership, I walked out with my new vehicle.

Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

My last several cars were a Lexus, true refinement. Purchased an RDX, with a turbo extremely powerful perfect for my needs. The maintenance on an accurate is less expensive than Lexus. It is a true solid vehicle. Highly recommend recommended.!

The only issue I have had was the code P0126 having to do with the thermostat. This is common for this car. I was 170 miles from home when it happened. I talked to a Mazda dealer and they said I could drive it home, which I did and made an appointment with the dealer to have it fixed. It has not happened again. I am very happy with this car!

Well, I went in for an oil change and came out with a new car. After talking to the individual, I have dealt with in the past on all the pro and cons with my old car and looking into the future purchasing the new car made more sense. I was able to view the vehicles on the lot and purchased what was in my budget. Thanks to Jeff, he really helped me out even after I changed my mind on color. Thank you, guys.

I got it from IDEAL AUTO a few months ago, as the gas price is tooo high, and installed a charging pile in my home, so I can use electricity within 70 kilometers every day. If I go beyond the distance occasionally, I will not feel anxious about charging. I can walk whenever I want.

The single element that changed my opinion from never going back to the dealership after I bought my truck to now am willing to always go back for EVERYTHING (including driving the 1 hr each way) for something even as small as an oil change, is the service department. Chris, the service manager, and his team make the experience a pleasant experience. This is a result of their ability to identify and fix issues with the vehicle but with the personality that they also have. They engage with me, are always friendly but not patronizing, and add to the clarity that is often missing with customer - service interactions.

I love it! Bought it new in 2020. Grand Touring Reserve with the turbo in Soul Crystal red metallic. I'm currently at 56k miles with zero issues. I do oil changes every 5k miles. Originally I test drove a CRV, RAV4, Forrester, and CX5. I picked the Mazda bc it looks, feels, and drives like a luxury SUV. 320 |b/ft of torque for a compact really gives it the edge over anything else in the class. Four years later and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it. The handling's amazing, and the ride is great! Some people have called the ride firm but I would say it's super compliant. It settles very quickly over bumps without feeling upset. The Bose system sounds "good" but only has bass and treble adjustments with no mid which would make it even better. The ventilated seats work better than in other cars I tested as well. It's also one of the quietest too letting in very little wind and tire noise.

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

It is a great car, my uncle drove it in the west hamptons in New York to the beach. Very fun when the roof is not there.

I have been searching for a AMG since June, 2022. I have been dealing with the mark up of these cars that go against what banks value them. One after another I end up passing a deal on one due to the owner not having the title in hand, price and delayed responses from sellers. Frustrated, I decided to do my daily web search for a AMG and calm the nerves. Little do I find, a car I once owned. Back in 2020 I ended up having to sell a few of my cars due to medical reasons and expenses. One of them was a 2005 SLK55 AMG, which I had worked on personally rebuilding/improving the Roadster. I never thought I would see this car again until I found it on John Heister's website, which this Dealership was located in North Carolina nearly 1825 miles away. I contacted the dealership quickly hoping it wasn't pending sale. John(Sales) who I had first contact with, listened to my story about the vehicle including my past ownership. Now in most cases dealing with price is always the harder end when buying a vehicle but John made it easy, working with his Sales Manager they both gave me the green light on what I would pay for this vehicle. I was so happy and with John's constant communication throughout the buying process and getting the car ready for transport I was beyond exhilarated. This was a effortless experience compared to other Dealers who have only seen customer's as a Dollar sign walking through the door or in this case thru a website haha. A confirmed luxury small SUV with fit and finish of a German vehicle. Ergonomics as the driver is spot on. The menu can be just a bit confusing but you acclimate quickly. Steering and nimbleness is very good for an SUV. The 2.5 T was not my first choice but it is actually responsive and perky. If I could only get used to the squeal of a 4 cylinder. Interior is luxurious but advanced package is a must. Opt for the 6 cylinder if you can but it is not a game changer.

My brother has bought THREE cars from them over the last 4 years, and every single one has been a win!! Carlos is super knowledgeable and honestly feels like family no, more than just a salesman to me and my bro. Happily recommending them to anyone!

Bought my GV70 with 2000 miles on it and it was no different than a new one. I love it very much for my first high end SUV. I'm still learning all the stuff inside but it makes it more exciting to learn. It is just as quick as the 3.5 and the power is great for me with the 2.5 turbo engine with 300HP is enough for me. Very cool looking too. I'm going to say that the Milford Genesis dealership has been great 👍 Evan is always polite and very professional and he always has a smile when he greets me.

We are 12,000 miles into our new GV70, and so far we love it. We had a Volvo XC90 for 13+ years, and we loved it, too. But the GV70 is quieter, faster, and more comfortable than our Volvo. Our only complaint is the level of electronic control for almost everything. I long for the days of analog controls in a car. Other than that, I HIGHLY recommend the Genesis GV70.

Purchased my 2020 Mazda CX-5 while actually shopping for a Nissan Rogue. I Purchased from a Nissan dealership which I'll never do again if I ever purchase another Mazda. The vehicle was listed for $23,899.00 with 23,633 miles. Love the power and over all handling of the vehicle. The Machine Gray Metallic color is awesome as well.. Read alot of good things about the CX-5 as well as some horror stories. To soon to tell with just owning it a little over a month but hoping for the best time will tell..

I just wanted to comment on how much I like Carmax customer service as a company. I bought me car from Carmax in Nashville Tn about 2 years ago and had great experience. Then few months later I my car started making a noise on the front end. Took back to Carmax in Nashville They put me in a rental car till the next day till they got it fixed... Which was great. They repaired my car free and payed for the rental car. Then April 6th I was traveling thru Jackson Tn and my car started making a terrible noise. I was very concern. Called Carmax in Jackson Tn took my car there they worked me in pretty quick. When they pulled the wheel off the found a pebble had past the dust cover and was rubbing between breaks and rotary. They removed the pebble and all was good. Thank God there was no damaged. Tech put my tire back on and sent me on my way. They didn't charge me nothing.. Thank you

Excellent car. Completely fallen in love with the adaptive cruise control. I live in LA and using it on the highway with a lot of traffic is amazing. Also works great in low speeds.

As over many years Buick is in the background, however I have owned both, and the Buick outshine the Cadillac ever year. If you want to impress other 's and spend money go with the Cadillac if you want to enjoy your car buy the Buick. That said start looking at the envision on up
