Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

After I contacted them about the truck, they promptly swung into action by providing videos and other information about the truck and making it extremely easy for my wife and I negotiate a price up front and schedule a visit two days later to test drive and then buy the truck. I purchased my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018 as a gently used vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it. I never had issues with it. I kept it regularly serviced and had to replace tires. At now over 93,000 it has been a comfortable and very reliable car. The only feature I wished it had was rear air conditioning. Living here in the SE it gets hot and it takes a “minute” to get the back of the vehicle cooled down. However, I rarely have back seat passengers, and thankfully, the really hot weather lasts only a few months! I have been very pleased with this car and would recommend it to others. I traded it in a week ago for a larger car only because I need the room for a grandchild, and my elderly parents.

Blake was incredible at giving me time and space to consider a big ticket item purchase. I would have liked for the finance discussion to have been more thorough and less rushed. I missed some important pricing information because the presentation was pressured, fast and furious.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Luckily, I stumbled across a $7500 instant rebate along with a $5000 above trade-in value for my car. I purchased the SEL trim with leather, adaptive cruise, lane assist, power driver seat, etc. No sun roof, which I did not want. 19" tires for a little better mileage. I am absolutely impressed with this car and feel very safe on winter roads (AWD), especially in winter mode. I find no fault other than it lacks a rear windshield wiper, Which I would prefer to have. Extremely quiet and comfortable ride.

The Ioniq is a lot of fun to drive. The ride is smooth and it has plenty of power. If you are someone that likes technology it has a lot to offer. If you are not tech savvy there will be a learning curve. Things that I don't like about the car is 1. No rear windshield wiper so it has to be clean frequently in winter or dirty environments. 2. If you live in a cold environment the efficiency is greatly diminished if the heater has to be run constantly. Overall great car so far.

I truly enjoy driving this car. And the level 2 and 3 charging is very easy. I have the Limited Trim package---so the technology and comfort is unbeatable. In the past, I leased a UX200 Lexus. This is a nice upgrade.

traded in my 2016 Mustang GT in for the 2025 Escape and so far I'm loving it, good gas mileage, reliable, such a smooth ride and fun to drive.
