This car is so comfortable! The driver sits up high, with great sight lines in all directions. The seats are comfortable. The features are very intuitive. My car has automatic door locks so when I walk up to the car with my key fob, put my hand on the door handle the doors unlock. It has automatic headlight dimmer which works great. It has plenty of power for freeway acceleration. All wheel drives makes it great in snow. I’m very happy with this car.

This my 4th Nissan Rogue, and it's the only car I'll buy. I have NEVER had any problems with it, or any that I have owned. I have taken trips across country with it, with great gas mileage and comfortable to drive. It handles well, has plenty of get up and go, easy on the wallet, and very reliable.

I was thrilled to get home and find a service video. I don't have a cell phone but, if I did, I believe they would show me the condition of any parts needing replacement before my making the decision to go ahead and have them do it. The clarity of the video was great! I could actually see the cracks in the belts that needed replacement and the dirt in the air filter. This is definitely a wonderful customer benefit. Nobody has to wonder: Do these parts really need replacing or are they just trying to sell me something to make money?

I bought myself a Christmas gift, a new CX5 SignatureTurbo the day after Christmas and I absolutely love it! I don't' know why I didn't get one sooner. I have always been a Toyota, Lexus guy, but I must say this classy vehicle beats the others. Why, let's start with the interior. Mazda makes some of the most beautiful interiors! Exteriors too!! The fit and finish are superb! The CX 5 is extremely quiet and smooth riding, and I can honestly say it is quieter than any Lexus I have had in the past. There is also the fun factor! If you haven't tried a Mazda, you need to. They are a driver's car and fun to drive. The trim level I have has the Bose system and has a beautiful surround sound. Crank up the volume and it's awesome! The safety features are excellent, and everything is conveniently located. There is no need in paying for other Luxury cars when you can get a Mazda and save thousands, and they are the best keep secret out there. Luxury, fun, good looks for much less. I am definitely staying in the Mazda family.

Five out of Five Stars plus ! We wanted to trade in our 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport GT in on something larger, and we already have a 2024 Outlander SEL that we purchased from White Bear Mitsubishi. Even though our car was in great condition, with only 21,000 miles, all of the dealerships gave us a low trade-in offer, (Toyota, Mazda, etc.) Carmax gave us a low offer to purchase. My wife posted the car on Marketplace. Angel Alvarado, (Used Car Manager at White Bear Mitsubishi), reached out to us with an interest to purchase. He came to us to evaluate the condition of our SUV, and gave us a check for thousands of dollars more than all of our other offers. 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

I love my Buick Envision ST - it drives like a dream, has all the comfort and convenience I could ask for, and then some! The ride handling is immaculate, smooth contoured curves make it look really sleek and I get lots of compliments on the new car all the time!

Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

Excellent Service and repair. Would have them do my repair work in the future.

The Forester is the first SUV I ever owned. It has had a few issues, but the dealership, Kenny Ross in Irwin Pa, has always been top notch in customer service. First issue was the orignal tires went bald after only 10,000 miles. I called Kenny Ross and they said they would contact corporate. Got 4 new tires at no charge. Next issue I did not even know I had. Took it in for an oil change and they tell me I need a new CVT. Didn't know I had a problem. No charge again. Last issue was a radio that kept giving an error message and would not work. Took four visits to isolate the problem, but now have a new radio that brings in more stations. Again for free. Highly recommend the bumper to bumper warranty. Money well spent.

Joe C. went above and beyond as a salesperson! We were there for quite some time because there were more Mazda CX-5s to choose from than we anticipated but eventually we got it narrowed down to one we loved. We had a few issues with payment (our fault, not the dealer's) and Joe and his manager (I think his name was Mustafa) were very accommodating and helped us work out a solution. Plus because of our indecisiveness we ended up being there over an hour after closing, they let us stay to finish up because we had traveled a few hours to get there, and again they were very accommodating and patient with us. I honestly don't think I could have had a better experience.

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

Looking for a new Ascent and was in the area so I stopped in. Talked with Corey who was very personable and knowledgeable as to the questions I had. He made the experience pleasant and I had a better idea of what I wanted in my next vehicle after talking with him.

This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. A few weeks ago, when we were getting a winter blizzard, I was driving my Mother home from Boulder. It was snowing about 2” -3” per hour, people were spinning out all over the place. STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I have been driving my car since 11-20-2025, it's a great car. It's realiable and has great features. The only down side is thst the stereo could be better but, nonetheless it's an overall well-rounded car. Plenty of space and just enough bells and whistles to not want anything else.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Great first brand new car. I have seen these with 300k+ miles 2022 and 2023 miles. I got max loaded 2024 SEL or GT Premium Model. All wheel control is awesome in snow, I have seen people saying its better or even up to par with Subaru's symmetric AWD.

The entire experience was excellent. This is my 4th Toyota through them. Thank you, Larry Bain, for all of your help and shared expertise.

I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.
