I have the Limited version of this car. It has a very comfortable ride compared to our Tesla M3. Range is plenty for daily commuting and long drives. The car charges very quickly at EA stations and comes with 2 years of free charging. The front seats are very comfortable and fully recline plus they are heated and cooled. The infotainment system is feature rich but the controls are a complicated mess so I mostly use Apple CarPlay with works great on the large display. I suggest you test drive this car as the photos make it seem smaller than it really is. It’s about crossover size but with a hatchback. The Digital Teal and Shooting Star matte paint colors are beautiful! My Hyundai service center has been excellent but some other Hyundai dealers are not so great. Visit your local service center before buying.

The Genesis GV70 we purchased new is delivering a on the promise of being an exceptional SUV. We have a GV80 and adding the GV70 to our corral has only deepened our appreciation for the Genesis brand. The GV70 is a great SUV and I look forward to driving it every day. Fit and finish are industry leading, and the driving comfort is exceptional. Handling are braking are superb. I have owned five Audis and our Genesis GV70 and GV80 deliver a better overall ownership experience. The Genesis brand has slightly different take on "luxury" than the Europeans, and I like it! If I needed another vehicle, I would go for another GV70. You will not be disappointed if you purchase a Genesis GV70, or any other Genesis vehicle.

Purchased a used car from Napletons last month. The salesman Mike Gonzalez initially created a positive buying experience for us and didn’t pressure us as some other local dealers were. This was much appreciated.The car was delivered to us in an unfavorable condition due to a miscommunication. Napletons had made an effort to get the car to us promptly and as a result a full detail wasn’t performed. The dealership contacted us an had us bring the car back in for a full detail and went above and beyond to rectify our dissatisfaction. They did a great job removing stains and odors that existed from the previous owner. Their efforts were noticed and appreciated. Sometimes it’s the little things that matter and make the biggest difference with customer service.

We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. I found a car on cars.com on Saturday night. Message them on Sunday and lined up a test drive for 11AM Monday. The vehicle was extremely clean inside and out. We negotiated a price very quickly and it was the fastest car buying experience I've been involved with. It was worth the 2.5 hour drive. John, Dwayne, Tom and the rest of the team was awesome.

It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

Been looking on line for next vehicle for over 2 years. An accident forced me to finally act. Subaru has a great reputation. I bought a Forester. The hight of the seat was important as I get older. Just slide in, no ups or crawling down. I wanted a vehicle that provided some utility and great gas mileage. The Forester had it all. I inquired on a special order times and was told 9 to 12 weeks. Told Patrick exactly what I wanted. Then I had the accident. A few days later Patrick called and told me a Forester with my description was being built and would be available in 2 to 3 weeks. All I had to do is come in and put $1,000 down and they would put my name on it. All went like clock works. Very satisfied with the purchase at Napleton Subaru. Car drives like a dream. More electronics than I could imagine.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

My daughter and I were traveling from WI to Iowa, when about 15 miles from the dealership, my check engine light came on. I went directly to the dealership. Without an appointment, they were able to get me in, figure out the problem, fix it and get us on our way. I was so grateful that we weren't turned away and that they made time in their schedule to fit us in! They kept me informed the entire time and sent us on our way 3 hours later. I never drove a Subaru before and I am so happy with this car. It handles well and is great on gas!! It has many safety features! I wanted an SUV that had all wheel drive that you can use over 25 miles per hour in snowy conditions. This car has that! Really happy with my purchase!

I needed a new vehicle and had decided to upgrade from my previous cars. A Cadillac was on my short list, so we started with Napleton Cadillac in Rockford. As we were looking at the cars, we were greeted by Alex, who brought us into the showroom to chat so he could find out more about us and what we were looking for. We took a beautiful new XT5 out for a test drive, and then went back in to chat more and get more information. I told Alex that I was just beginning my search, and he very nicely asked if he could give me a card, which of course, I took. Over the weekend he emailed me to explain current offers and rebates. After looking at a few other brands, I decided on an XT5, so we went in the following week to further discuss a purchase and look at a few new and preowned cars. Alex took the time to explain the specs on each one, making sure that I understood what each car had to offer. He wanted to make sure that I would be happy with the model I chose. Buying a car is a long process, but the Napleton showroom is very comfortable, and the fresh coffee and snacks kept us going! By the time we finished with the purchase, night had fallen and I wasn't comfortable driving a new car in the dark. Alex offered to have it delivered the next day. My beautiful new XT5 arrived the next morning at the appointed hour, freshly washed and detailed. Alex stayed to help us set up our Onstar service and get acquainted with my car. The overall service was simply impeccable. From the beginning to the end, I never felt any pressure, and everyone at Napleton made us feel very important and welcome. My 2nd Subaru, quiet and roomy. I am 6'2" and this is the first car with the leg room and interior height where I do not feel cramped. Just the perfect size vehicle for my wife and I for getting around. Smooth ride and excellent handling. Visibility from the drivers seat is outstanding, The surround vision on our Touring model is very helpful for getting into tight parking and judging distances to objects in front or behind us. The ability to switch the review mirror from Mirror to Camera Mode for viewing objects beneath the hatchback window. The remote start with climate set has spoiled us for getting into a cold car in the winter or unbearably hot in summer. The information main screen was intimidating at first, but after a month we are quite comfortable with it. The menus at first seemed overwhelming but we quickly learned that once they are setup to our needs, they do not have to be accessed again, especially with the facial recognition making the comfort settings when either one of us sit in the drivers seat. My biggest complaint so far, is that if you turn off the engine start/stop function , you are reminded every time you start the car that it is indeed off and to confirm by pressing the confirm button on the screen. Very annoying. other than that we are very happy with the 2026 Forester Touring.

Outstanding vehicle. Quiet, dependable, comfortable. Acceptable power and economy. Pity the turbo is no longer available. This is our fourth Subie. No issues with any of them. Change the oil every six months and do the timing belt at 100K miles and it’s good for 200K plus.

I recently had to bring my used car in for a vibrating brake pedal, and the service I received was outstanding. The experience was impressive from the moment I drove in; a machine automatically checked my car's alignment on the way into the service bay, which is very impressive. -- What really set them apart was the customer service. Not only did they provide a convenient shuttle to and from work, but they were also completely transparent and honest about the repair. Instead of pushing for the more expensive option, they suggested I resurface the rotors, which saved me money. -- That kind of integrity is few and far between; it earned my complete trust. I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Salesperson Seth Greene was very patient and understood our objectives. Physical dealership itself was very clean and portrayed the proper image for a Genesis vehicle in my estimation. Had an issue days after purchase and was promptly taken care of by the service manager Ken and Seth. All things considered the experience was good and Seth has provided good follow up and teachings of the vehicle after the purchase.

My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

I gave them 2 days notice that I would be there at around noon, I got there at 2:30 pm. The man who helped me was very nice; unfortunately they had sold the car I was interested in earlier that morning.
