I was looking for a van and Austin was extremely helpful sending more photos and keeping me informed of everything. When I arrived, Austin was off and I was assisted by Devin. He led me to the right vehicle for the right price. Only trouble was they sold the vehicle I wanted before I arrived. They were extremely professional and helpful.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

The service we received from Bill Hood was above expectations. We were driving from Texas to Georgia, towing our camper when our trailer break controller failed. The first local dealer we went too couldn’t help us but when we took it to Bill Hood, they took in our F150, spent time diagnosing the problem, and found the issue. We were fortunate that they had a replacement brake controller on hand and replaced it right away to get us back on the road. Thank you to the service department for saving the day!

Bought this Jeep to tow behind our RV. This gives us the ability to explore when we get to our camp site. I love the Jeep styling the interion comfort is better than I expected. Ride is decent and power is good.

This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

I have recently moved to the area and have begun to use Ray Brandt Toyota. All of the personel has been courteous and professional. Much of my good experience has been due to Doug M. in the service department who made me feel my vehicle was being left in competent hands for the necessary repairs. When I am ready to purchase a new vehicle, I will use Ray Brandt as I feel the most important part of a purchase is the follow-up service one receives.

The service at Ray Brandt Toyota in Metairie has been amazing. I began doing business with Toyota in Metairie in 2011. At the time I was 28 and had been through more cars than I can count just out of boredom. So in 2011, I leased a 2011 Camry. I was shocked to know that for 2 years I wouldn't have to pay for oil changes and routine services on my car. My visits for service were nothing less of satisfactory. In 2013, I received a call from the dealership asking if I would be willing to trade in my car since I had less than 12,000 miles in almost 2 years. So I accepted and leased another Camry. Again service was great. Now to the really good part...recently I decided to trade my car in this time to purchase a 2016 pearl white Camry. My salesman was Jason Pastor. He spent the entire day making sure I found the right car. I kept apologizing to him for taking up his time since I couldn't decide on the car. I was torn between leasing and buying. Jason must have shown me 10 cars before I made my decision. At no point did he seem annoyed. He took his time and never pushed me into something I wasn't comfortable in. When I finally decided on the Pearl white Camry with black interior it was not in stock at the dealership but was available in MS. The next day my car was transported to the dealership in Metairie. I also told Jason I wanted the windows tinted, so once the car arrived Jason personally brought my car to the shop for tint. Days later I called Jason about LED's for my headlights. He made a call, had them ordered and a few days later I brought my car to Jason who then brought my car to have them installed while I waited at the dealership for only 30 minutes. Followed with a car wash. I really felt like I was getting the VIP treatment. Jason was amazing and I would recommend him and the entire staff at Ray Brandt to someone looking to purchase/lease.

This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

I was traveling through the area and had issues with the car overheating (auxiliary fan was not coming on [faulty relay]). The issue was diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner. I could not be pleased with the empathy which was shown knowing we were stranded and needing to get back on the road. Staci, Mike and David went over and beyond to see that we were fixed and ready for our 12+ hour trip. I am/was so pleased with the work that was performed on the vehicle. I am always looking for individuals like these, who want to make sure they do/did everything they can to make sure the customer is take care of.

I had my car for 4 months, long commuter here i drive 100 miles a day and i love it. Eco mode saves gas and snow mode great in winter and snow.

Purchased new in March of 2022. Two and a half years and 20000 miles later still happy, only issues I’ve had are wireless charger doesn’t seem to work right and sometimes the backup cam/parking sensor think I’m parking when coming to a stop light. Otherwise love it

To whomever this concerns: There’s a salesman at the Bill Hood Bargain dealership whose actual name I’m not exactly sure of his actual name ..might be Dionte..but to me his name is Saginaw. I went to his dealership interested in a 2013 Lincoln but left a week later with a 2019 Ford Fusion!! I’ve never been given a reason to praise a car salesman I’ve dealt with EVER. However,Saginaw is thee exception. I truly had the best car buying experience that I never thought could exist!! He was extremely attentive and pleasant with phenomenal communication skills. He responded promptly to all my calls & texts and that’s a rare find when dealing with car buying. Also the financing magician Jerrod also deserves a round of applause!! I sure hope both Saginaw and Jarrod get the recognition from their bosses that they deserve. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to for one customer and spent an extreme amount of time just on me ..that was amazing. Great first brand new car. I have seen these with 300k+ miles 2022 and 2023 miles. I got max loaded 2024 SEL or GT Premium Model. All wheel control is awesome in snow, I have seen people saying its better or even up to par with Subaru's symmetric AWD.

I’m very happy with my 2023 Nissan Rogue. It’s smooth, efficient, and has a sleek design. The cabin is spacious and packed with helpful features. It feels safe and reliable every time I’m behind the wheel. It’s a great all-around SUV.

I have been going to this dealership for over a year now and have had good and bad experiences. One thing I can say is that is something goes wrong like they will work hard to fix it and make things right. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I looked at a few SUV's and amongst Porsche, Audi and Mercedes, and found for comfort, ride, power and value, Genesis was my perfect choice. I leased the Genesis October 2021 and 27 months ago. I have had zero issue, nothing. They send you a monthly "health report" and it's always perfect. every month Genesis send up and update.The service I had in October, they aded some washer fluid. That's it! Driving is a pleasure, performance better than you would expect for a SUV, and when the Turbos kick in, you pass the others quickly. The car is very well built and especially quiet. The electronics are amazing, so many options at your finger tips. If you are considering a new car, be it an SUV or Sedan, I highly recommend your test driving Genesis

Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.
