As someone who had just immigrated from Korea, I had to purchase a used car due to budget constraints. While I would have loved to buy a BMW, I ended up purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe that BMW had taken in as a trade-in. The dealer I worked with, Gennaro, was exceptionally kind and responsible—so much so that he genuinely influenced my perception of BMW as a brand. One of the main reasons I chose this vehicle over cars from general used-car dealers was the trust I had in BMW’s basic inspection and standards. However, the way Gennaro handled everything afterward gave me even greater confidence that I had made the right decision. Having just arrived in the U.S., everything felt unfamiliar and overwhelming at times, but this experience reminded me that there are truly good people here. Honestly, when the time comes for me to change cars in the future, I sincerely hope to return to BMW and purchase a new car from Gennaro. I would even say that owning a BMW through him has become one of my mid- to long-term goals for my life as an immigrant over the next five years.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

My wife was looking to purchase a newer Toyota 4Runner & trade-in her 2015 Toyota 4Runner SR5. She was really looking for a white 2023-2024 Toyota 4Runner Limited with low miles & sand/beige leather interior. On a Friday afternoon, she saw that Beaver Toyota had one on their lot, and we called them and told them that we were coming up to take a look at it (we live 3 hours away). Kelly said that she would have it ready up- front for us to view and test-drive upon arrival. We got there about 6:30pm & talked to Zack. We went on a test-drive, and he answered our questions. We went into the dealership and began the purchasing process. From the time we arrived to the time that we drove off the lot with our 2024 Toyota 4Runner Limited, the entire process only took a couple of hours. The Beaver Toyota Dealership is a state-of-the-art facility, and I look forward to using my "Beaver Benefits" that came with our purchase to help with the maintenance and longevity of our vehicle for years to come. Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. 2004 jeep wrangler sport s 2 door. So far it is wonderful. Bought it just as a fun beach jeep but it has turned into our daily driver. Only problem is my wife wants to drive it all the time. She has claimed it as HER car. Guess I will need to just buy MY jeep.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

I had the most pleasant experience today working with Selena. We met at 11am and after her firm handshake, within 30 seconds we bonded and I knew then I was at the right dealership. On the test drive we yakked like we'd known each all our lives. Everything went quickly and flawlessly. Juan was the nicest finance guy I've ever had and I've bought a lot of new vehicles in my 70+ years. I believe everyone that worked at Cherokee Co Nissan smiled and spoke to us while we were there. Love our SEL. Perfect for long road trips with the family, and we've had a few of those. Gear shifter takes a trip or two to get used to, but otherwise, everything else is intuitive. Couldn't be happier with our family mobile.

This is the biggest reason I'm happy with this car. It's actually known for reliability and I can attest to this. In fact, maintenance has been straightforward and would last well beyond 200,000 miles if cared for.

Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

Salesperson, was great but I wish Sales Manager would have stayed at 850-900 a month my payment was close to 1,000. The car I went with I didn’t drive the first day I drove another vehicle. I did test drive the vehicle on my take home vehicle day.I had a trade in but I was not offered that option.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.
