I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the Calligraphy even has the massage seats. The car is quiet, smooth and absolutely gorgeous interior. I can afford most any car I want and I personally love the value proposition of this car and the low maintenance costs. The car plays a musical tune every time you close the door like a welcome. All my camping gear fits into the back with room to spare (and third row down). The only quirk is the rain sensing wipers do not seem too sensitive. I don’t mind no wireless Car Play as a plugged in phone stays charged. Once I tow with it I will write another review but if you want this feature know it comes with a hitch, ball, prewired with the wire kit for trailer brakes and a tow mode! That’s pretty cool. Full sized spare, too. If you want luxury, space, lots of seats and good towing capacity run and get one. You don’t need to shop the competition unless it’s the Telluride. I got a great year end deal on mine, too. Hyundai is improving its vehicles every single year. I have had three now (Kona, Tucson and Palisade) and they have all been great. Oh, I have gotten up to 26mpg on the highway but most the time my mileage is exactly like the ratings. As low as teens in the city doing errands. Not bad for a two ton car.

I recently wrote an honest review regarding our negative experience. Within a day of the review a manager of the dealership called and said they wanted to repair the problem. They did end up repairing at no cost to us and also gave us another truck to drive while they had ours. The door and door locks now work perfectly and we appreciate their effort to make it right. I was unable to remove or edit my previous review, so wanted to be sure to leave another to share that they did end up correcting the problem. We are pleased.

I have had 5 Navigators and Loved each and everyone , the Navigator fits my life style perfect , it is just me and my wife and we use it to move boats, trailers and our everyday needs. The gas mileage is great for the size and power is in matched !

Our salesman Gio was great. We would definitely go back to him for another vehicle. Taylor in finance was not so great.

One even didn?t include freight with their advertised price and when I looked into it further it could have been $998.00-$1998.00! I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

I purchased a new 2024 Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy in December 2023 and as of now (April 2024) have almost 4,000 miles on the car. Overall mpg is 20.0 (driving 90% of the time just local streets @ 30 to 40 mph). I've noticed when I drive it on the expressway for 15 or 20 miles I get considerably better mileage. Knock on wood, but so far I've not found one defect in the car. I think you do get a lot of car for the money. Lots of room with a comfortable ride. Good headlights. HVAC seems to work well. I'm suprised how well the ventilated seats work. Decent acceleration. Good electronics. Reasonably quiet and smooth ride. Good visibility out of the vehicle with a good driver seat position. Good rear seat leg room (captain chairs). Digital Key works well with my iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 7. Only miss is no power-folding mirrors. Can't yet comment on the complimentary Hyundai service as the car is not yet ready for it's first service appointment.

IVE HAD MINE FOR 6 YEARS AND THOUGH MY REAR SHOCKS HAVE WENT OUT THE CAN BE REPLACED WITH NON AIR SHOCKES TO GET THE FEEL BACK.. IVE HAD TO CHANGE MY TIRES 2 TIMES THOUGH .. I HAVE 140000 IN ODOMETER AND IT SHOWS NO SIGNS OF WEAKENING.. IVE BABIED THE MOTOR OIL CHANGES, GOOD GAS BUT THAT ABOUT IT.

The attention I got here was more than I expected. Not pushy or aggressive at all but was still able to answer all my questions. Im very happy with my 2016 Buick Enclave. Highly recommend

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

I came fron Toledo to trade my wifes Lincoln truck for special edition ford f150 all the guys there were very nice an in gonna be bringing my daughter in to get her a new to her new car i loved my experience with platinum auto thank you guys.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

I bought a 05 dodge ram 2500 cummins From Air City Motors it appeared to be in great condition when i purchased it but had some issues that me nor John knew about at the time. This vehicle was a big investment for me and i was heartbroken to find these hidden problems. John and Air City Motors helped me with the repairs and got me back on the road. I've never been a Ford product fan,but this truck has won me over. We bought ours used this year and LOVE it. I had determined that I was buying a loaded Tahoe LTZ when the wife had seen the Navi come up at a very good price. She was interested and since we had nothing to do that day, we decided to go and test drive it. That particular one was "road hard and put up wet" but, my wife noted how easy it was to get in and out of.........she suffers osteoarthritis in her knees and felt no pain getting in and out with the larger side steps. Since that was not a complaint for her, we started looking and found the one we currently own. It is quiet, roomy, nice stereo and is a very nice ride when traveling. I'm still not quite a Ford fan, but.........this has gotten me to give them a second look at least.

Although I did not purchase a vehicle I found the customer service exceptional and was very appreciative of the customer focus.

Just trade in my 2015 GMC Denali with 140000 miles on it and still holding strong at trade in best SUV I ever had upgraded to the new 2021 Denali and boy do I love this SUV from comfort to outside design just an amazing new well designed SUV.

I found this dealership when shopping for a car to replace mine that had been declared a total loss by my insurer. I noted the extreme high value of the advertised price and figured I would get the usual song-and-dance routine with all the packs, fees, special charges and add-ons So I asked Brad, my sale contact, his best out-the-door price. He took a few seconds and calculated all of that. The final out-the-door number was only $10 MORE than the advertised price. NO gimmics, NO song-and-dance and NO being jerked around. Just a straight-forward "This is the number. Will this work for you?" Obviously, it did and I am now the very proud owner of absolutely the nicest car I've ever owned which I acquired at an unbelievable price from a dealer that treated me as I expected to be treated. If you are in the market for a vehicle you should seriously consider this dealer. If they don't have the car you're looking for I'd be willing to bet they can locate it and get it for you.

The Yukon checked all of my needs, I have plenty of room for my children and my Great Danes. I enjoy driving the Yukon and how it handles, overall love this vehicle!
