I had ordered door edge guards and tailgate lettering from their parts dept, and all of the work was done while I waited. They got the work done before promised and the truck looks great. I went to many other dealerships to look at vehicles. The 1st 2 times i went over no one came out I'm guessing due to the weather. After going to 4 other dealers one of which as far as I'm concerned tried to keep me from leaving as they kept the keys to my possible trade. I went back to auburn dodge another guy showed me my now car he was not pushy at all. After I decided I wanted the car I was helped by Zachary proya who was amazing. He got me a really good deal on my trade and explained everything to me.

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

I have not purchased a vehicle from this dealership, but they have been very prompt and courteous with all me email communications, even for what I deemed as silly questions.

This car has been great for our family of seven over the years. We have replaced many of the major parts. It runs great and has many years left on it.

Purchased my '17 DD GT with 25k miles on it. Have owned for around 4 years and now have 66k miles. Haven't had any issues. Routine maintenance only. Love the style and comfort. Interior seats are comfortable for long drives. Mine came with lifetime oil changes. Dealer support has been good (although we've only had oil changes so hard to say). I'm hoping this continues.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

The transmission failed at 112,000 miles and it costs me $8500 to repair. I expect Toyota Highlander transmission would last at least 200,000 miles but I found out that the transmission is not made in Japan like my old Highlander, but it was made in the USA. People who buy Toyota expect major components such as engine, transmission, are made in Japan with zero defects, but when major components are made in the USA, quality suffers.

I enjoyed working with the Auburn Toyota team. They were friendly and helpful. No pressure or games. They helped me get out of my lease and into a used truck. The truck was delivered very clean with a full tank of gas.
