I have had my 2012 Rogue serviced at Columbus Nissan for years. Bobby Cade and his staff and all the cashiers are friendly and helpful. I always feel they are being honest with me. Last week we decided it was time to get a new car after 7 years and 170,000 miles. Since I had so few problems with my Rogue and I loved how it drove, we bought a 2019 Rogue. Same color even! But, this time all the bells and whistles(what my grandad would have called “new fangled gadgets”) were overwhelming to me.(yes, old school)This is where my hero of the hour enters. Mike “Smitty” Smith walked me through how to activate, utilize and understand the technology and “garbledegok” of the manual. Great vehicle!
This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.
