We just purchased our 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid Leased vehicle after a 3 year lease. The manager and sales people are easy to deal with and answer all my questions quickly, I live about 100 miles away so do most corresponding via phone and email for any required documents. I only drive to the dealership to complete my purchase or my Lease paperwork. I have ordered and leased several F-150s and my wife?s 2022 Ford Escape through Feeny Ford since 2018. They are a very respectable business to deal with! I?ll be ordering another F-150 Hybrid through Feeny in the spring of 2027.

Transmission Gearbox Trouble
2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. 2018 Ford Explorer XLT review
Highly recommend buying a used 2018 Explorer
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.
