This SUV checked all the boxes: Nice ride, lots of room, looks good. It has multiple USB ports for charging and games. It’s also quiet ride with a lot of room which is great for long family trips.

Always A Pleasure After leaving 2 other local lots that really didn't seem interested in dealing with me, I decided to go back to Bay Dodge where I have previously purchased 2 used and 1 new car from in the past. I know ALOT of the staff at Bay and walked into service to see my friend Patsy Myers who then recommended me to Donna Rice in used cars. Donna was absolutely fabulous and hysterical!! This woman knows her job well and made me feel like a family member! After telling Donna my latest vehicular trials and tribulations we then talked to Darrel Cologna about some financing. Darrel was able to quickly pull 2 vehicles off the list for me to check out. While driving one of them around looking at the lots for the other one, Donna told me to take it on a test drive which I did and was extremely happy and didn't care that we couldn't find the other car we had been looking for. Back at the store, Darrel starting running numbers and Donna and another sales man Bob Cronk kept me entertained. Then it was time to go see Mike Crilly and Robert Parker in the other finance office. Between the time I stepped on the lot and then Mike told me I was approved took maybe 45 minutes. Fastest time I've EVER bought a car in. I didn't get all the paperwork signed that night, so Donna made sure to call me and talk to me the next few days while I was getting the trade-in ready. Then on signing day Donna took me to see Robert who was very thorough in explaining ALL the paperwork AND answered all my questions I had. Donna waited patiently for me to finish in finance and then helped affix my new plate and made sure I knew all about the car. The whole process from beginning to end was absolutely a pleasure. Donna, Bob, Darrel, Mike, and Robert NEVER made me feel like just another number or paycheck. They were ALL extremely friendly, courteous, humorous, and made me feel like another member of their extended family. I wasn't rushed, I wasn't just blown off, I wasn't treated like a silly female that knows nothing about cars. They all cared for me and made this the best car buying experience I've ever had. I tell everyone to go see Donna and the Boys at Bay Dodge?
2025 Hyundai SANTA FE HEV review
My household has owned many new cars over the years and previously owned a 2017 Santa Fe. The 2025 Calligraphy Hybrid has been amazing so far. Comparing it to the Toyota, Honda, Kia and Volkswagen in its class, we thought the interior was hands down the best in class. The amount of features included even outclass many in the next step up. Very quiet on engine noise and a nice smooth ride. We opted for the Atlantis blue exterior with the light gray interior and it looks great. We also like that the styling sets it apart from all others on the road. So far averaging 34 mpg and we are good with that. Super comfortable seats. The only nitpick would be that the driver attention warning, while using highway drive assist, is pretty aggressive and sometimes warns us to watch the road even when we are. Highly recommended.

2022 Lincoln Navigator L review
I have the Black label version. The multi-Way seats with massage in the front are absolutely amazing. Even the second row is pretty dad gum comfortable. There is plenty of room for four large adults to be comfortable even on a long trip. As mine is multiple years old and has probably 60,000 miles on it, The air conditioning has a mind of its own and occasionally the blue cruise highway hands-free driving for no reason just stops. The infrared system that looks at my eyeballs and is probably scorching them to be honest during certain parts of the day gets really upset and says that I'm not looking at the road even though I actually am. I always let the car sit when I first started up until the fast idle drops to a slow idle. I change the fluids twice as often as required by Ford. All in all, this has been to date a super reliable and solid vehicle that is extremely comfortable and actually gets great gas mileage on the highway.

2023 Nissan Armada review
This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.

2018 Chevrolet Traverse review
My 2018 Traverse is large enough that I (6'2") can get into and out of it with no problem. If I put the 2nd row of seats down, I can stretch out with room to spare. Averaged 29mpg on a 1400 mile trip in Sept. Has more power and better mpg than my 2012 did. If I get another car, it will once again be a Traverse if it is still available.

2015 Toyota Highlander review
2015 highlander limited. Its very smooth , the seat/mirror memory buttons are great , the auto high beams are awesome. Its easy to maintain, all the fluids and breaks etc are very easy to service right in the driveway. It has the 6 speed transmission that is known to be very reliable (unlike the 8spd trans that toyota came out with in 2017)

This car is just what we needed! Lots of space and leg room. Not much “trunk” space and pretty terrible gas mileage, but we knew what we were getting and get that the benefits outweighed those 2 issues.

2016 Land Rover LR4 review
Good car the ride is great not perfect had a few things go bad but was covered under dealer warranty its a 2016 lr4 hse..love this suv. Yes it eats lots of gas and tires. The air suspension is great...it's very fast..I love the heavy feel when u driving it..it's like a tank... just the dealership mechanics not that good and the service guy trying to sell u any service if u let them very pushy...u can get work done at other rover places. And oil changes at jiffy lube if they have the tools...just avoid the dealership unless u have to go and have any warranty that's best best way to go if not it will cost u 1 to 2 thousand every time t breaks down...

2018 INFINITI QX80 review
I came to this car from a 2016 Yukon which was a rolling dumpster fire. At 102k miles, I haven’t had a single failure with this car. It tows extremely well, the seat comfort is by far the best I’ve ever owned, I don’t love the exterior styling, but its such a great owner experience that it doesn’t matter. Maintenance is like owning a Camry, cheap and infrequent. AWD system makes driving in all conditions a breeze. Great vehicle.

2020 Cadillac Escalade review
So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

My wife and I recently decided it was time to trade in her 2015 Mustang for a my comfortable and bigger vehicle. I narrowed the search down to either a Grand Cherokee or a Durango. The hunt was on to find the right one. I like using Cars.com for all my car window shopping. I found the vehicle we were going to buy from another dealership and when I called they sadly informed me someone had already put a deposit down on it. We were both pretty upset with getting excited about it just for it to be gone that quick. We almost gave up the search but then I came across an identical model from Key Jeep in Marianna FL. It was one year newer and priced cheaper. I thought for sure it would be gone but we got lucky. I’m so happy we did. Our sales rep was Dylan Pforte and come to find out his family had recently sold the dealership to Key after more than 60yrs of ownership. Our experience was so personal and down home feeling. Even though the family doesn’t own the dealership anymore it was buy far the best dealership experience I have ever had. And I have purchased from multiple different dealerships in the past. I don’t think I will be in the market anytime soon but if I am I can promise you that I will return to see Dylan for that purchase. 2025 Dodge Durango review
I recently rented a 2023 Dodge Durango GT RWD for a summer-family vacation. I was impressed by its smooth ride, comfort, and overall refinement. The SUV felt economical yet luxurious, with surprisingly wide interior space. I particularly appreciated the third-row seating, which was designed thoughtfully to provide ample legroom without increasing the vehicle’s overall length. After this excellent experience with the rental car in Florida, I’ve decided to buy a new Durango GT Plus AWD. I really like it and believe it will remain a trusted companion for a long time—more enduring than the average vehicle.

2023 Chevrolet Tahoe review
I have a 2023 Tahoe after driving a Mercedes ML350. Husband wanted something bigger. While I really like my Tahoe, I do have a few complaints. The side mirror moves to a weird position inside the case every time I start the car and the preset button does not move it back, I have to reset it manually. I have had this "fixed" once only for it to start doing it again. I hate the auto stop option and am trying to train myself to push the button to turn it off whenever I get in it. The breaks squeal when stopping, I absolutely hate it! Was told since break pads used to be asbestos so they do not use them anymore and now it is metal on metal and living in a humid area makes them rust and that's what make them squeal. Was told to hard stop every so often to knock of the rust. What??? And my biggest complaint, it will not read my text messages to me without and internet plan. Why will it connect to my phone for calls, maps and music but won't read messages?? One of the biggest causes of wrecks, people trying to text while driving. Just one more way to get more money from us as if we didn't pay a fortune for the vehicle itself.
