Nicolas, our service advisor, kept us up to date during the entire repair process and even sent us a video when the car was being inspected. He was great! We had to have new valve lifters and a new motor mount so the work on our car was pretty extensive. The work seems to have been done well, time will tell. Overall, we?re very happy with the Jim Ellis service department.

It is very comfortable to ride in. Has a a lot of luxury features. Lane change alert. The cruise control withe with the adaptive feature is great.

I have had my Altas for over 4 years and I keep on falling in love with it each and very day. Extremely comfortable space and overall a perfect size SUV for a family of 5. We have had and continue to have amazing long road trips with this beauty and we will carry the memories we continue to make in our heart for the rest of our lives.

I wish I needed (or could afford) more cars so that I could get them from Tom Donalson. He was amazing! He really took the time to make sure I understood every feature about my 2021 Tucson Ultimate. The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

Excellent and reliable, only thing buyers have to do is buy a AFM disabler that you can stick into OBD2 port to avoid lifter failure (longer story, nobody wants a V8 to run in V4)

This is by far the best car I've ever owned. The steering is responsive. The engine is fairly quiet. It has very good "passing gear" ability. Its a three row suv with heated first through third row and ventilated first and second row. Adaptive and Smart cruise control as well as many more features. We'll worth the buy. Go with the Caligraphy trim.

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

After the wonderful service provided by AutoNation MOG and Willard/Will of their Service Department a few months ago, it was only natural that I go to them when I was ready to buy a new vehicle as a Christmas present/surprise for my wife. Jay Correll did a great job as my salesman, then Lorenzo helped walk me through the financing and warranty processes. At the end of the day I was able to drive off in a 2026 Santa Fe Calligraphy, and give my wife a Christmas present she?ll never forget.

I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the Calligraphy even has the massage seats. The car is quiet, smooth and absolutely gorgeous interior. I can afford most any car I want and I personally love the value proposition of this car and the low maintenance costs. The car plays a musical tune every time you close the door like a welcome. All my camping gear fits into the back with room to spare (and third row down). The only quirk is the rain sensing wipers do not seem too sensitive. I don’t mind no wireless Car Play as a plugged in phone stays charged. Once I tow with it I will write another review but if you want this feature know it comes with a hitch, ball, prewired with the wire kit for trailer brakes and a tow mode! That’s pretty cool. Full sized spare, too. If you want luxury, space, lots of seats and good towing capacity run and get one. You don’t need to shop the competition unless it’s the Telluride. I got a great year end deal on mine, too. Hyundai is improving its vehicles every single year. I have had three now (Kona, Tucson and Palisade) and they have all been great. Oh, I have gotten up to 26mpg on the highway but most the time my mileage is exactly like the ratings. As low as teens in the city doing errands. Not bad for a two ton car.

Damien Brown was super helpful on the phone and even more so in person. This dealership has a huge inventory and he was very knowledgeable about all of the different cars available. There were no pushy sales tactics, and I never felt pressured. I would absolutely seek him out again if I were in the market to buy another vehicle.

I purchased to replace a 2017 Tahoe that I loved. Love this vehicle even more. Magnetic ride control, additional safety features the Tahoe did not have are great. Heated steering wheel a great feature. Heated AND cooled seats, will never be without again. Additional power of the Denali 6.2L vs. the 5.3L engine in the Tahoe is impressive. Bose sound system is outstanding.

Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Upon inquiring about the vehicle. I received a prompt email that someone else had purchased the cat. I also received a follow-up email asking if the dealership could be of additional assistance.

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

The customer service was great. I have tow complaints: 1. A 3% surcharge when using a credit card which everyone pays with. 2. The waiting room was freezing. I know it?s extremely hot outside but it was very uncomfortable in the waiting area.
