In September 2023, I purchased a 2023 Jeep Compass from this dealership, and I have been treated with the utmost respect from everyone that I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with several dealerships throughout my life, and I must say that this dealership location has some of the best people that I have ever dealt with. The professionalism and kindness I have experienced from everyone there have been nothing short of exceptional. This includes the sales personnel, the finance department, and the service department. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

We've had only the best service with Diamond Hills. Everyone we have come in contact with over the last 2 years has been pleasant, courteous and helpful.

I have a 2023 Tahoe after driving a Mercedes ML350. Husband wanted something bigger. While I really like my Tahoe, I do have a few complaints. The side mirror moves to a weird position inside the case every time I start the car and the preset button does not move it back, I have to reset it manually. I have had this "fixed" once only for it to start doing it again. I hate the auto stop option and am trying to train myself to push the button to turn it off whenever I get in it. The breaks squeal when stopping, I absolutely hate it! Was told since break pads used to be asbestos so they do not use them anymore and now it is metal on metal and living in a humid area makes them rust and that's what make them squeal. Was told to hard stop every so often to knock of the rust. What??? And my biggest complaint, it will not read my text messages to me without and internet plan. Why will it connect to my phone for calls, maps and music but won't read messages?? One of the biggest causes of wrecks, people trying to text while driving. Just one more way to get more money from us as if we didn't pay a fortune for the vehicle itself.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

Oh my Goodness. I love my service writer Gerald! with every question, he has a solution! He listens, he gives you information and then lets you decide what is best for you. This is my first Chevy and I was worried about changing automotive brands. I went to the same dealership to purchase and service for 30 years. But honestly, the only regret is that I didn't look at a Chevy at Tom Bell Chevy sooner. From the purchase, to the service, I would not change a thing! It was AMAZING, I just remember the first time i sat in this thing and it was like LEATHER SEATS AND STUFF! I had a phenomenal experience at DCH Subaru of Riverside. This was after trying out a few other brands and even a few other Subaru dealerships. We first went to Spreen (San Bernardino Subaru) and while I sppreciated their help with the initial test driving phase, things quickly devolved during the sale process. We next went to DCH Subaru of Riverside and met with George and IMMEDIATELY there was a difference. I gave DCH the same information I gave to Spreen and Ontario Subaru, but DCH was the only one that listened. I told them my limit in dollars and what I was looking for. I felt listened to and taken care of, and my first new car purchase went much better than I thought it would (especially after getting runarounds from other dealerships). It is now about a week later and I am still over the moon with my purchase. I feel I got a fair price and everyone comes away with something. Because of DCH Subaru of Riverside, I am now a proud owner of an Outback and part of the Subaru team. DCH got me as a customer for life...I plan to buy and service all of my cars from DCH. When I picked up my car the next day, George and Michael and Josh handed off to keep things smooth. I cannot say enough good things about the people and my experience. To top it off, George scrounged up some swag to put a smile on my daughters face (as well as my wife) and now our cat is groomed with Subaru brush. If you are interested in a new Subaru, please do yourself the favor of giving DCH Subaru of Riverside a chance. Do your diligence and check Edmunds and KBB for an idea of what is a fair price so you go in informed, then go to DCH and see what they can do for you. Personally, I would recommend this dealership to anyone who will listen. I honestly cannot wait for the first oil change to check out their service department (they are supposed to be just as awesome as sales and finance). I will update my review then or write a new one based on that too.

The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

Owned this car for over 10 years and had 0 issues. Great family car that will fit 3 car seats across the middle seat. So much leg room for older kids as well and was a top selling feature. Numerous bells and whistles that are similar to newer cars like lane departure, blind spot and 360 camera view.

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

As a woman making a vehicle purchase, I felt comfortable and not pressured. Edgar in the finance department was very helpful and made sure I understood all aspects of the contract.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

The Sensory trim model offers excellent amenities and comfort options. A very quiet and smooth ride not lacking of power. The electronics are simple to learn and easy to use.

10 years since we bought this vehicle used. It has been awesome, over 110K on the clock; minor problems only. Biggest problems are with brake corrosion caused by very salty roads here. undercarriage corrosion is starting to take its toll. But the vehicle is still good enough we are hesitating to upgrade. Some minor, weird but occasional , electric glitches, mostly self locking. But then, the lack of electronics relative to newer models is a big plus to us. We have now owned this vehicle longer than any other we have ever had. interior issues are with the glove box hinge (plastic and breaks if you are not careful), and elbow rests cracking.

This is by far the best car I've ever owned. The steering is responsive. The engine is fairly quiet. It has very good "passing gear" ability. Its a three row suv with heated first through third row and ventilated first and second row. Adaptive and Smart cruise control as well as many more features. We'll worth the buy. Go with the Caligraphy trim.

I’ve been a Honda man since 1984, but after comparing pretty much every 3 row SUV on the market, I went with the 2023 Palisade Calligraphy. It’s the most feature packed for your money and they are reliable. If your need a highway car, this is the one. Had it 10 months and have already been on 3 long distance trips. It rides smoothly, has plenty of power, is quieter than my old Honda Odyssey and is a joy to travel in. Don’t let some of the negative comments from people still living in 1986 dissuade you. I did plenty of research. This is a great vehicle. Most people with these types of vehicle never ever go off road, but if you do, maybe a Jeep is for you. If you want to pretend you are in a rally race, get a Porsche truck. I have my Honda S2000 for that. But if you want a great SUV that can actually carry people on all 3 rows in comfort, the Palisade is the one. The lane keep, smart cruise control, auto high beam, auto wipers, massaging drivers seat and other goodies lets you drive in comfort for hours. Every model comes standard with a 12.3” infotainment screen, navigation, apple car play and a host of stuff. You don’t have to move up a model for all that. 3 years free maintenance is great, along with the longest warranty in the business. You also hear a lot of negative stuff about the dealerships. I went online on Sunday evening before the forth of July and got an appointment for the next day, July 3rd. I dropped it off expecting a long wait. In less than 2 hours, I got a call that I was ready to go. Oil change, tire rotation, safety check and a recall on windshield wiper blades all done. Research the dealer for any brand you buy. I passed 3 closer dealers and so far I’m happy with them, too. Talk to people that actually own the Palisade. I have never talked to an owner that didn’t just love their Palisade. They are in high demand, so resell value is not a problem right now. They can be hard to find in the model you want. I got the Calligraphy because I wanted all the goodies, but the best value is probably the SEL with the Premium Package. You get a lot of stuff for your money and it’s available as a 8 passenger, if that’s what you need. The only negatives I can think of is the mirrors are not power retractable and Apple CarPlay is not wireless. I hoping for a wireless update for the Apple CarPlay in the future.
