I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

My experience was outstanding with Mathis Motors and their sales team. The salesman Jacob was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. He responded nearly immediately and was able to work the deal in the moment. We were able to set it all up in 30 minutes or less. The SUV is exactly as described and was cleaner than any used vehicle and most new vehicles I’ve ever bought. I appreciate all they did. I would and will give them my business again.

The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. Found me a truck that I have been looking for. Had several on the lot but I’m very picky and knew what I wanted. Since they didn’t have the exact thing u was looking for, the salesman spent the rest of the day finding my truck. He went personally and picked it up and got it through service very fast and I was ready to roll with all tests ran and a great truck on top of it. Absolutely would go to this dealership again. Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

Ed Rapien has been our salesman for 15 years for Ford-Mercury products. He is very professional, sells the cars for a fair price, helps with backing up any problems we have had, & I actually feel he is an honest car salesman.My only complaints are that Ford is no longer making sedans or the Mercury brand. These are not Ed's fault, however. Thank heaven they kept him when dealership was sold from Price-Gnade to Trenary.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

The interior is like a space ship! The interior leather is just the color I was looking for. It is so smooth riding and quiet!
