Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

Very efficient service department, they got my vehicle fixed and ready to go swiftly. The advisors there were all courteous and helpful.

Great first brand new car. I have seen these with 300k+ miles 2022 and 2023 miles. I got max loaded 2024 SEL or GT Premium Model. All wheel control is awesome in snow, I have seen people saying its better or even up to par with Subaru's symmetric AWD.

Don’t know why people hate Nissans with CVT. Now that I’ve lived with the CVT with 140,000 miles I know I wouldn’t buy another one, but it’s been just fine, no issues. This isn’t a sporty vehicle but for 8 years and 140k miles it gets the job done every time. I just don’t get the hatred towards these cars. I do have AWD but if I were to do it over I’d drop that option. It’s expensive to maintain and truthfully I don’t go outside when the weather is bad anyway so I doubt the AWD feature has ever engaged, not even once. I plan to keep my vehicle for 10 years then get a minivan.

THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

Bought the Envision new and paid I THOUGHT, TO MUCH AT $48,000. BUT TO DATE OTHER THAN TIRES & OIL CHANGES IT HAS BEEN FLAWLESS AND HAS COST ME ZERO IN MAINTENANCE at 48,000 miles. Great acceleration & comfort. Down side would be no off button for battery stop.

I drove 3 hours to this dealership to get the deal I wanted. Devin did not disappoint me! He gave me a great deal on the car I was purchasing as well as my trade in. Everything was ready as promised when I arrived, even though I was late. The deal was so good and the process was so smooth that I will make the drive again when I replace my wife's car next year.

Got a '22 Touring XT. I knew the base engine was pathetic so I wanted the turbo. Gladly sacrifice some MPG for way more power. They shouldn't even offer the base engine on this car. Anyway, after 44k miles it's running like a champ. Absolutely no issues with the electronics (a few minor glitches here and there but nothing to take to the dealer for), CVT is fine, engine is fine, the AWD is second to none! Plowed right through a 15" blizzard through Kansas City like it was nothing. My biggest gripe are the squeaks and rattles. Highly annoying. My '17 Chevy Colorado with 64k miles is tighter and quieter. Cargo space is top notch, I have a bad back so getting in and out of a taller vehicle is much easier. But there is just too much tech and driver assistance, Subaru needs to tone it down a little. I still prefer to actually DRIVE my car, not have the car drive me. Overall I'm still happy with it.

So far its been a good vehicle. It's drives and handles well. Safety features excellent. Gas mileage excellent. Hugs the road good. I like the camera in rearview mirror.

Bought this as one of the first gv70 an out. The car is probably one of the nicest cars I’ve owned, I’m 76 so I’ve had a few. Great styling inside and out. Service has been a struggle at some dealers. I have 18,000 miles on the car and so far no complaints

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

The counter rep made sure that all my requirements were met. The technician performed the needed service expediently and efficiently. I will continue to go there for my service requirements.

The Yukon checked all of my needs, I have plenty of room for my children and my Great Danes. I enjoy driving the Yukon and how it handles, overall love this vehicle!

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

I was trying to buy a Toyota Hylander from this dealership and David Rhum is who contacted me after an internet inquiry. He was very upfront about everything taking his time to explain everything. Unfortunately due to a dealership rule, he could not sell this type of vehicle to me because I lived too far away. Most salespeople would then not talk to you. Not Mr. Rhum - he continued to assist by answering questions and letting me know where the make and model of the vehicle was available and at which dealership. I've already been to the parts department to buy a roof rack and they were very nice and helpful as well. If going to Toyota of Muncie ask for David Rhum, if you get 1/2 of the service and assistance that he gave us - you will already be at 100%.

Runs smooth. Very comfortable. Always loved the Jeep brand so this was a natural upgrade. Love the options too. The adaptive cruise control is amazing.

We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

So glad we went into edmartin to trade our jeep in April we weren't sure about the 2010 Nissan Rogue we were eligible for since our credit and time on the job. Cory did the job for us got us approved and in a vehicle that's a lot better than the one we traded in. Our jeep we traded was old and had a lot needing done with it no ac and with two babies we needed one with ac. About after a month the compressor for the ac went out on the Nissan we got from the dealership. Was gonna cost almost $900 and we were gonna have to pay half and that definitely wasn't possible with all our bills and on one income with two babies to come up all the sudden with it. So I had some words with cory and the dealership and cory is paying half of our half out of his discount or commission not sure he just said he was gonna pay half of our part so we only had to come up with $200 . While it's being fixed he put me in a temporary vehicle so we had a vehicle to drive. This means a lot because we were upset about having the vehicle only a little over a month and it happening but now he has done all he could to make sure we were happy and he definitely did an awesome job. The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.
