I bought a Honda Element from Parker Honda in 2004 and just gave it to my daughter. It still runs and looks great because of the excellent servicing I received over the years from their stellar service department. Since I gave it to her I had to purchase a slightly used CRV and my buying experience was excellent! You just can’t go wrong buying a car from Parker Honda and you get terrific service after the sale. Great staff and awesome service department.

I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. I was treated like family from the moment that I arrived up until the moment that I drove off in my new vehicle. The service that I received from the sales associate, Christopher (Chris) Robinson specifically was absolutely amazing. Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. Chris put my mind at ease because he knew every detail about the car and he weighed out all of my options in a simplified manner. I will be sending all of my family and friends to Honda for their next auto purchase because Christopher Robinson knows how to take customer service to the next level while making you feel like you have a dear and trustworthy friend for life.

Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

This is a nice SUV that is not flashy, but it does its job carrying the people and running errands around town. It’s also nice for longer trips.

Our experience with Parker Honda has been terrific. We just traded a vehicle that we had from them to lease a new 2023 Honda HR-V EX-L. Our dealer representative, Rick Puruleski, was great. We recently purchased a used lease vehicle from Parker Honda Morehead City, NC. This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had! My expectations at first were that fairness and good treatment can not be found at a car dealership. Parker and in particular, Mark Polk have disproved my assumptions. He and they have gone beyond to aid in this transaction. I live in Massachusetts, so I am an out of state buyer. The vehicle was my Mother's recently expired lease vehicle. Mark helped navigate the transfer of ownership from his state to mine and it has been a rewarding process.
