2015 BMW X5 review
I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.

Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley, Pa provided a unique experience for me this recent interaction. My c300 had a strong unusual gasoline odor in the garage suddenly. I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. Which can be a costly job concerning critical quality component of such vehicle to remain in elite luxury condition. All the work was completed as promised and professionally manicured to exceed expectations of quality and resolve. Juan Martinez, not only impressed upon me as a recent customer, but confirmed the values of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and service truly to reflect the name and brand values of Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley. Thank you Juan for this elite, excellent, and positive experience with your team, department, and dealership. Execution was exquisite and exceeded my expectations indepth. Juan Martinez earned my trust and loyalty for not only the MB of LV dealership but for the automobile industry, as I have seen in the past varying degrees in differences of results as well as efforts regarding many challenges met unsuccessfully to satisfaction or expectation as a customer. Juan Martinez may be 1 of many within the field of service advisory, but he and MB of LV are 1 of 1 in my experience. Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

2022 Buick Enclave review
The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

2022 BMW X5 review
Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I was a Jeep Grand Cherokee for about 10 years.It was not a two thousand fifteen , it was older and it was a V8, not this V6 or those I4 4 cylinders. I actually got the vehicle from my brother, same color black leather interior sunroof I took over his payments and ended up paying it off. That was the strongest 4 wheel drive I'd ever owned, let alone driven up to that point that car was a Beast. I never got stuck one time in the snow here in Iowa.. The only thing I've noticed that has changed over the years is the emphasis on eliminating the V8 engine, which is totally wrong. Because I want something with power, those 4 cylinder SUVs, they ought to fire every single one of them engineers who decided to put a 4 cylinder engine in a heavy vehicle like that, and naturally, it's gonna burn oil, a 4 cylinder S. U. V. Is about like dancing with your sister. It screams, it wants to be like its Big Brother, the v6, and v8. I'm just glad we're not hearing more about these electric vehicles cause that was the biggest joke I've ever heard of they never have enough batteries to service them. If the industry went all electric bad, a joke, there'd be a lot of stranded vehicles on the interstates bring back the VA engine, take the crossover. I4. And drive him into the river , they're xxxx , they're junk

Got the XT5 Sport from Paul Conte Cadillac in Freeport, great dealership & great car. has nice power and handles well. reminds me of GMC Acadia Denali I used to have. drove the loaner 26 model for a couple of days, and it has much better electronics + heads up display.

2024 Kia Telluride review
Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

2020 Acura MDX review
Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

I typically don’t write reviews but just had to do so after my recent experience with Karissa at Scott Volvo. I really struggled with this decision on which car to buy as I had been driving a previous brand for many years and was comfortable, loved the service and had no complaints. I went to look at the XC90, not even intending to buy it and absolutely loved it. The google voice, spacious console interior, simplicity of design and overall quality of workmanship was great and it drove beautifully. Karissa at Scott was so knowledgeable and when I mentioned that I was struggling with my decision she said take the car home and see if you like it. I often struggle with new technology and the Volvo technology is so intuitive, additionally the car manual is on the screen and anything you need to find you can search and hover over a hot spot and it’s all there. I also had a hard time deciding on the particular color and the car with the exact specification had to be brought in from Virginia which Karissa facilitated with patience and efficiency, even giving me a new loaner in the process.. The whole buying process took less than an hour which was also something I was not used to. Karissa and Todd are truly the best sales team I have ever worked with and went out of their way to make my buying experience extraordinarily.
