Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

I used the service department on my Lexus rx 350 and Diego was great. Very accommodating. They replaced my wipers and now they work great. Diego was really on top of things. He arranged for me to even get a loaner car while they were servicing my car.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

I bought my first BMW in 2014. A new 640XI convertible... I have purchased many new vehicles including 5 Lexus 4LS models and 1 Sports coupe. The BMW was without a doubt the best. Now with regard to customer service as well as service departments (which is almost as important as the car model I select) Rallye BMW was without a doubt the best in both categories. So now that my BMW is eleven years old my wife and I decided it was time to look for a new car. There wasn't much to think about so we returned to my Rallye BMW dealership in Westbury and go for a test drive. Immediately after that test drive we returned to the dealer and negotiated the purchase of a new 2026 8XI convertible. We met with our service advisor, Frank Trotta, who has been taking great care of the 2014 model and gave him the good news: Frank we are buying a new BMW. Mr. Fitzgerald, When you and Mrs. Fitzgerald can come in I will introduce you to my friend Angelo a sales Representative...We met Angelo, another great representative from Rallye BMW and now we are waiting for delivery. This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.

Excellant Sales service from Sid and Ed the manager at East Hills Jeap Eagle dealer. I worked out the best deals for 2 Grand Cheerokee jeeps that my wife and my self just leased ! We were very happy with the outside and interior colors as well as pinstripping that we recieved as well ! The contrats were seemless and everthing was done with the insurance company and DMV for us. Due to my wifes bad knees Sales Rep Sid helped find on the internet automatic iluminated side boards that automatically extend out so as it is easier to step into the high jeep and then when you close the door these side boards automatically tuck themselves under the car. Ed the manager helped get some money back on these automatic side boards due to my wifes diability ! Again it was seemless everything went well! We have been doing business with East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Eagle dealer for the last 25 years where everyone in my family has purchased a Jeep as well as my son Jeffrey who purchased a Dodge Ram SRXcharger which my son still has after 9 years and is in perfect working order. bought a new 2022 GC Summit. I wanted the hemi, only found it in Summit pkg at the time. Overall love the vehicle interior is as nice as anything out there. Real wood, lots of leather and nice materials overall on interior. Kicking stereo. Had a 2016 Overland with hemi. Wanted one more new hemi before quit making them. Easy 20-22 mpg at 70 mph. Plenty of power, very quiet and smooth. Biggest complaint all the plastic trim on the outside. First time i shut the door sounded like a rattle or something, not as solid as the 2016, when i shut the door it sounded solid. Nothing i could find wrong just pieces seeming to make a noise. Overall love it. Looks great, rides great, descent mileage, and very nice interior. Did i mention messaging seats are real sweet. Also plenty of towing power which i needed. Excellent in the snow as well.

New Jeep GC owner…about a month in. Bought a ‘23 Grand Cherokee Summit after admiring the looks of it. Was nervous to purchase because I usually drive foreign. I also own a ‘22 Audi and have to say that the quality of my Jeep is comparable. I am pleasantly surprised by the drive as well as the quality of the finishes. The ride is quiet and smooth. The 6 cylinder has plenty of pep and has no trouble getting down the highway. It even has a bit of a growl when you step down on it. I legit smile every time I drive my Jeep.

My car was giving warning messages so I called the Cadillac dealership to make an appointment. I caught on that it was the wrong dealership because of the HORRENDOUS, DISCOURTEOUS customer service I received! The woman that answered the phone had no empathy for my situation. I informed her that I was getting “steering assist reduced” messages, my thermostat was not working and my AC was not working - unfortunate for me because we were in the middle of a heatwave!! She told me there were no appointments for two to three weeks and even if I brought the car in then - there was no guarantee as to when it would be attended to. Also, no rentals for another month! She then put me on hold. I was on hold for so long that my call started bouncing all around throughout the dealership. I grew impatient and frustrated, so I hung up and called back. She answered and literally told me she forgot about me! The whole time I was holding I thought she was trying to get me in sooner!! SMH That’s when I realized that something was wrong because I have NEVER EVER encountered such rudeness and disregard at the Freeport location. I asked if it was the Freeport dealership and she said “no - this is the FARMINGDALE location”. I replied “that explains it” and I hung up! When I called my correct dealership - Paul Conte Freeport - the greeting alone by Christine gave me warmth. Initially, I just asked if there were any available appointments that day. Christine informed me that they were swamped. When I told her what was happening with the car, she POLITELY asked me to hold and when she returned shortly after, she told me to bring the car in right away!! At the dealership I spoke with RYAN. He is AMAZING - he is so professional and has such a pleasant personality (like all the others in that office). After checking the car he informed me that I would have to leave it for at least two days because they were so busy. With concern, he asked me if that would be too much of an inconvenience - I replied that it would not be. He explained everything to me thoroughly and arranged for an Uber to pick me up. I felt well taken care of - two days sounded way better than three weeks at Sarant Cadillac. Much to my surprise - after being home for a couple of hours - Ryan called me and told me THE CAR WAS READY!!!! I was shocked and soo thankful. It really made me feel like a valued customer!! I’m not writing this survey because I was taken care of in such a short time frame - I’m writing it because of the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM, TRUE SINCERE CONCERN FOR MY WELL BEING IN MY VEHICLE, THOROUGHNESS, COURTEOUSNESS, THOUGHTFULNESS, (I really could go on and on LOL) that I received. I purchased my 2022 Kia Sorrento Hybrid last week. Karol Sanchez was my sales person and I can't begin to tell you how incredibly nice she was. THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.
