The sales person, Corey, was so good. He was knowledgeable and detail oriented with all aspects of the vehicle. The finance person was equally as good.

MB of Coconut Creek responded to my online inquiry in a timely fashion. They provided me the information so requested. We met with Brittany on site who assisted us in finding a vehicle that met all of our wants. Te vehicle was at a sister dealership and was brought to MB of Coconut Creek. After a brief back and forth a price was agreed upon and we purchased a vehicle.

We traded in our Aviator and had a great experience. Richard, our sales person, was extremely thorough and patient. Jose, the manager, as always, was fair and easy to work with. My service advisor, Danielle Walker,greeted me with a smile, and explained to me that the completion of my Vehicle may take several days...Without hesitation the Service manager Rienaldo Arredono gave me a loaner for the amount of time needed to fix my car.I was impressed with the prompt and professional manner in which they serviced my car, and took measures to insure my safety and happiness in this matter.

Great Customer service!! if you are buying a car contact Marianela, she is the best sale person. Not gimmicks and provide you with the correct information. I had an exhausting experience from a Toyota dealer in Weston, with a bunch of extra xx charges and fees. Marianela was able to give me a better deal with my current situation. I will definitely use her in the future since my kids are going soon to college and getting their first brand new car.

I gave the buying process 4 stars because the buying process is never fun or easy, but I would definitely recommend this dealership. My husband had previously visited another south florida Ford dealership and when he told them he was just looking and trying to see if this would be the right vehicle for our daughter, they basically dismissed him and offered minimal help. I came in to AutoNation, alone, to check out the Bronco. Anthony, was assigned to help me. I told him I was just looking and he helped me find the right model for my daughter, test drove the car and told him I?d be in touch should we want to purchase it. He was not pushy AT ALL!! And I appreciated that tremendously. A few weeks later we decided it was the right vehicle for her and I gave him a call and he won our business.
