This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

A very efficient service department for my 2019 vw Altrack. The advisor Ethan made sure the parts were on hand to get the repair done with just an hour turn around. Thanks to he and parts department i am a happy camper. Also always feel confident to recieve an honest evaluation with no upsales!

Only have it six months, bought it spur of the moment! my wife thought i was crazy! I owned Many cars and have a few now this is a good SUV 30 Thousand less than the Audi Q 7 but made the same , only inside and outside different.

I was on vacation last week and my daughter who is at college called to let me know there were some problems with her car. Through the diligent effort of Scott and the service department they were able to locate the correct parts for a 13 year old foreign car and get it road worthy so it can be brought back to school. Great awesome cars in every aspect, comfort, performance, handling, smoothness, features, reliability (not in some models though) and especially safety. You get the best bang for your buck in Volvos. Only thing I would say is to stay away from the XC90 T6 (petrol engines) from 2015 - 2016. (Not sure if 2017 has these problems, as I havnt experienced anything from the 2017 models) I sell many of these Volvos But the petrol XC90s T6 from 2015 - 2016 are very unreliable because of being the first year of these models when they first came out. Had many experiences with failing superchargers ($4k to fix ) evaporator failing ($5k to fix) and also these engines have a known fault that the pistons don’t inbed in properly in some of the engines and it burns massive amount of oil. (Did a test in a customers car, was burning about 2L of oil every 1000km) Also comes with a few hiccups here and there with coolant leaks, and oil leaks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the XC90 D5 (diesel engines) as they seems much better because they don’t have the engines failing or a supercharger in these models. This have the failing evaporator but this item was the least part failing out of everything I mentioned. I hope this information has helped out some people who are deciding to purchase a Volvo 😊

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

My husband and I were interested in a 2017 ford escape contacted Ford of Latham spoke with James in sales liked the vehicle but we’re informed it was sold! Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

So I bought a ‘21 Outback premium with 30k miles and have already put 6K more on it. Here is my honest review: if you want a fast car don’t get the 2.5 non turbo- that being said it is adequate for myself and get great gas mileage. The interior is good- I have the spec with cloth heated seats and they are comfortable and the cabin feels nice- has some cheap parts but I knew what I was buying. The infotainment is frustrating at times- auto start stop is a pain in the butt- but the infotainment itself isn’t bad with good sound and good responsiveness. The apple CarPlay will lag and be finicky at times but nothing terrible. As for drive quality it is a smooth ride and I don’t have any real complaints yet. Like I had mentioned if you want a car that is going to be fast- this engine and transmission will not do that for you. Overall I am happy so far with my purchase and feel as though I made a sensible decision when choosing this over some of its competition (I was looking at the VW Tiguan and and Mazda cx5)

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Recent service was on time and car was returned clean. No additional work was suggested which was correct as I had just gotten tires and other work. So honest too!

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Vehicle is in great condition. Negotiation could have been smoother. Dealer communications could also have been a lot better but we got the deal done and I got a nice truck for a price I was willing to pay.

I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.
